２５……検出距離調整スペーサ、２６……検知部
、２６ａ……センサコイル、２６ｂ……温度補償
コイル、２７……増幅部としてのプリアンプ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転機器の回転軸を保持するスラスト軸受
    が過度に摩耗する前に、鉄製の回転軸の移動を検
    知するスラストセンサにおいて、回転体を収納し
    ている容器の軸受部に回転軸の端面と間隙を介し
    て対向する比較的肉厚の非磁性金属キヤンが嵌入
    され、このキヤンの内部に回転軸の移動状態を無
    接触で検知する検知部が嵌着され、この検知部は
    、比較的低周波で作動するセンサコイルと、この
    センサコイルの近傍に設けられた温度補償コイル
    とによつて双コイル構造に形成され、前記キヤン
    の内部に検知部に近接して増幅部が嵌着されたこ
    とを特徴とするキヤンド形スラストセンサ。 (2) キヤンの回転軸対向部と検知部との間に検
    出距離調整スペーサが設けられたことを特徴とす
    る請求項１記載のキヤンド形スラストセンサ。 (3) 容器の軸受部の端面に外端開口の筒形状の
    キヤンが取付けられ、このキヤンの外端開口から
    キヤン内に検知部および増幅部が嵌着されたこと
    を特徴とする請求項１記載のキヤンド形スラスト
    センサ。
