にも直貼りが可能で、マンションなどの床暖房を可能に

【ａ題解決するための手段］
本発明の床暖房パネルは、表面材１の裏面側に暖房手段
２を配置して形成した暖房パネル３の裏面側に防音材４
を貼着させ、防音材４の裏面にクッション材５を貼着さ
せて成るものであり、この構成により上記課題が解決さ
れたものである。
［作用］
暖房パネル３の裏面側に防音材４を貼着させているので
、防音性を具備して、コンクリート床６にも直貼りが可
能で、マンシコンなどの床暖房を可能にさせるものであ
り、しかも、クッション材５により断熱効果を発揮させ
て熱がコンクリート床６側に逃げなくでき、熱効率に優
れるものである。
Ｅ実施例］
表面材１の裏面には凹所７が形成されており、この凹所
７に暖房手段２である均熱板８とフィルムヒータ９が配
設されて暖房パネル３が構成されている。
暖房パネル３の裏面側には防音材４が貼着されている。
この実施例では防音材４は基材合板に裏面側から表面側
に向けて複数の切溝１０が設けられたものである。切溝
１０は格子状に設けられており、例えば幅が３ＩＩＩｆ
ｆｉでピッチが６０ｍｍで切り込まれる。この切溝１０
は防音材４の表面にまでは至っていない。防音材４は通
常２．３〜９ 、 Ｏａｍ厚のものが使用される。
この防音材４の裏面には厚み５ｍｍ程度のポリエチレン
、天然ゴムの発泡体のようなりツシａン材５が貼着され
ている。
この床暖房パネルＡは、例えば建物のコンクリートスラ
ブのようなコンクリート床６に接着剤を介して直接貼着
して敷設される。
【発明の効果】
本発明にあっては表面材の裏面側に暖房手段を設けた暖
房パネルの裏面側に防音材を貼着させ、防音材の裏面に
クッション材を貼着させているので、防音材により防音
性を具備でき、コンクリート床にも直貼りが可能で、マ
ンションなどの床暖房を可能にさせ・るらのであり、し
かも、クッション材により断熱効果を発揮させて熱がコ
ンクリート床側に逃げなくでき、熱効率に優れるもので
