However, this type of panel has the disadvantage that if nails, bolts, etc. are used to fix it to the frame, and if it is fixed from above, it cannot follow the deformation of the frame due to earthquakes, etc., and it may break. Furthermore, when the surface material of these panels is metal, they are unable to follow the expansion and contraction caused by heat, resulting in deformation of the decorative surface and a significant deterioration in design. Furthermore, there has not been a panel that has a structure in which the panel is fixed from the front side of the front material and the back material is also fixed so that the fixing tools are not exposed to the outside. There was also a problem with fire resistance.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In view of these points, the present invention fixes the panel at one end, and also fixes from the surface side of the surface material by connecting the fixing groove of the male type connection part and the female type connection part. The upper surface of the panel side covers the fixtures to prevent them from being exposed to the outside, and the connecting structure on the panel body side is a real structure, which improves fire resistance, airtightness, waterproofness, and engagement strength. This provides a panel with enhanced functionality.

More specifically, as shown in Fig. 2, on the surface material, a gutter-like part 1a is formed from a horizontally long decorative surface part I, a male type connecting part, and a female type connecting part. It is formed of a side wall 3.4 whose longitudinal edge of the decorative surface 2a is bent inward at an arbitrary angle, and a joint base 5 whose lower end edge of the side wall 3 projects outward. The male connecting part 6 has an upper edge 8 that projects further outward from the tip of the joint base 5, and an insertion edge 7 that is made up of a lower edge 9 that bends the tip of the upper edge 8 inward in a substantially U-shape. ,
It consists of a concave fixing groove 10 formed on the upper edge 8 of the insertion edge 7, and a reinforcing piece 11 with the tip of the lower edge 9 bent inward in an L-shape. As shown in FIG. 4, the insertion edge 7 is a part that is inserted into a fitting groove 15 for a female type connecting part (to be described later) and fixed to the frame body α, and is also a part to which an M stationary β such as a nail is inserted into the fixing groove 10. This is a part that functions as a fixing part that is cast and fixes the panel A to the frame body α. Further, the concave fixing groove 10 is formed to be larger than the height and width of the nail head of the fixing tool β, so that the fixing tool β does not protrude above the surface of the joint basement 5, and the panel A is not engaged with the fixing tool β. When doing so, no gap is formed at the contact portion between the upper surface 13, the joint base 5, and the upper edge 8, which will be described later, and the fixing groove 10 forms a gap to prevent capillary phenomenon and strengthen waterproofness. It is something. Furthermore, the reinforcing pieces 11 are used to reinforce l male connectors on the surface material, and as shown in FIG. When the fixing device β is driven, the reinforcing piece 11 is also fixed by the fixing device β, and when the insertion edge 7 is inserted into the fitting groove 15, the insertion edge 7 is prevented from being pressed and deformed by the lower surface 14. This will help ensure secure fixation. For the female type connection part, an upper surface 13 is formed by bending the lower edge of the side wall 4 inwardly, a lower surface 14 is formed by bending the tip of the upper surface 13 outward, and an upper surface 1
3 and the lower surface 14, the fitting groove 15 is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section.
and a reinforcing piece 16 with the tip of the lower surface 14 projecting inward. This fitting groove 15 is a portion that is engaged with the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting portion 9 and fixes the panel A to the frame body α. The steps 2b and 2c formed on the decorative surface 2a are intended to make the decorative joints step-like, thereby making the joints three-dimensional and clear, and improving the design. As shown in Fig. 3, the back material (■) has an inner piece 18 bent in a shape such that one end edge of the elongated board is inwardly parallel to the board, and the other end is bent outward substantially parallel to the board. In the figure, the tips of the inner piece 18 and the outer piece 19 are bent upward to form stabilizing pieces 18a and 19a, and the guide surface at the time of attachment, This serves as a mold during production, and the gutter-like portion 17a is formed from these. This back material H covers the back surface of a core material 20, which will be described later, to make the panel A a sandwich structure, and the mechanical strength of the panel A itself is increased. It is useful as a noncombustible sheet, waterproof membrane, heat shield sheet, water absorption sheet, soundproof sheet, backing material, etc., and its material is the same material as the surface material mentioned above, or asbestos paper. , kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (/l, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, plaster paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or one or more of them. It is made of a laminated sheet, a waterproof, flame-retardant sheet, etc.It is installed by integrally forming a core material 20, which will be described later, and by connecting the lower edge 9, the core material 20, and the inner piece 1.
8, a retaining groove 21 with a concave cross section is formed between the lower surface 14 and the core material 20.
, an engagement piece 22 having a convex cross section is formed by the outer piece 19, and a fourth
As shown in the figure, along with the engagement between the insertion edge 7 and the fitting groove 15,
This is to engage the engagement piece 22 so as to fall into the engagement groove 21 to fix the panel A to the frame body α. In addition, the inner piece 18 and the outer piece 19 of the backing material U are fireproof at the connection part.
This is to significantly improve waterproofness and airtightness, and in particular, to prevent fire from penetrating to the back surface in the unlikely event of a fire, and to make Panel A able to pass the fire resistance test. It is. In addition, in the figure, in order to further improve fire resistance, the top surface material and the back surface material U are formed so as not to come into contact with each other. The core material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, which functions as a heat insulator, waterproof material, soundproof material, buffer material, fireproof material, etc., such as polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, polyimide foam, etc. synthetic resin foams, and flame retardants (borates, silicates, phosphates, etc.), flame retardant aids (gypsum slag, talc, shirasu balloons, etc.), aggregates (perlite, glass peas, etc.), and these synthetic resin foams. etc.), materials mixed with fibrous materials (long and short fibers), materials coated with phenol foam powder around perlite and foamed by heating and pressurizing, gypsum board, rock wool board, glass wool. board, A

It is made of a single material or a combination of multiple materials, such as insulation board, wood chip board, glass wool, etc. In addition, in the figure, the core material 20 is formed by filling the tower-shaped parts 1a and 17a of the top surface material and the back surface material H, and making sure that the top surface material and the back surface material U do not come into contact with each other even at the connection part. Even if the top of the material is heated due to a fire or the like, the heat is prevented from being transmitted to the backing material U, thereby improving fire resistance and heat insulation by preventing thermal bridges.

As explained above, according to the panel according to the present invention, ■
Since the panel is fixed to the frame by fixing the double portion of one edge of the surface material, the panel is securely fixed to the body and does not peel off. ■Large panels can be securely fixed to the building frame without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. ■
The upper edge is recessed along the longitudinal direction to form a fixing groove that is wider and taller than the head of the fixing tool, so the fixing tool does not protrude beyond the upper edge or the joint base. Waterproofness, airtightness, and workability can be improved. ■Since the length of the top surface is longer than the position of the fixing groove, the fixing tool will not be exposed to the outside. ■The inner and outer pieces formed on the backing material prevent flames from a fire, wind and rain, etc. from penetrating into the frame. Since the structure is such that the front surface material and the back surface material do not come into contact even at the joint, thermal bridges are prevented and fire resistance and heat insulation are improved.
