【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧電基板と、この圧電基板と略同形で圧電基板
を両側から挾み込む２枚の絶縁基板とを備え、 圧電基板の両主面には振動電極と、該主面端部
に上記振動電極と接続された端子電極とが形成さ
れており、 絶縁基板の圧電基板の主面と対向する面には、
少なくとも上記振動電極に対応する部位に凹部が
形成され、主面と対向しない面には外部接続用電
極が形成されており、 圧電基板と絶縁基板との少なくとも上記振動電
極を除く部位が接着剤を介して圧着固定され、 さらに、圧電基板の端子電極と絶縁基板の外部
接続用電極とが端面に形成された導電膜によつて
導通していることを特徴とするチツプ型圧電共振
