れており、 絶縁基板の圧電基板の主面と対向する面には、
少なくとも上記振動電極に対応する部位に凹部が
形成され、主面と対向しない面には外部接続用電
極が形成されており、 圧電基板と絶縁基板との少なくとも上記振動電
極を除く部位が接着剤を介して圧着固定され、 さらに、圧電基板の端子電極と絶縁基板の外部
接続用電極とが端面に形成された導電膜によつて
導通していることを特徴とするチツプ型圧電共振
