(Problem that the invention aims to solve) In recent years, health promotion movements have been increasing in various places, and the number of people who play sports is increasing year by year. However, if you love sports, you will inevitably aim to improve your skills. As a result, they will be able to adjust the tools and equipment they use, as well as repair and replace parts, by themselves. Grips for sports equipment and vehicle handles are made of leather, synthetic leather, rubber, or cloth.
It has the disadvantage that it becomes slippery after a period of use, and sometimes causes local scratches and tears. In such cases, the general method of rewinding the grip is to use double-sided adhesive tape, etc. on the inside, and then wrap and stick the belt-shaped leather, cloth, etc. on top of it, but this process is surprisingly time-consuming. It takes time to wrap the belt, and even if the belt is wound properly, it often slips or comes off during use.

The threads used in the fabric of the present invention are polyvinyl alcohol-based unheat-treated fibers obtained by conventional spinning methods, or fibers obtained by various heat treatments, or may be mainly composed of various natural fibers, chemical fibers, or synthetic fibers. Spun yarn or filament yarn or film bundled yarn that is blended or mixed and twisted,
These yarns have a water shrinkage rate of 5% or more, and are woven into a cylindrical shape using a circular knitting machine, a circular loom, etc., or are woven into a cylindrical shape using a Jiyaguard loom, a Ratssel knitting machine, a Mozi netting machine, etc. It is a fabric that is woven into a cylindrical shape or sewn into a cylindrical shape.

The obtained cylindrical fabric is cut into a length corresponding to the water shrinkage, covered with a grip, and then immersed in water or sprayed with water to give a moisture content of about 50 wt%/fiber. Within minutes to 10 minutes, it is sufficiently deflated to provide a tight attachment to the grip surface. In this case, the fabric can be reduced by 3% to 50% by soaking it in water at room temperature.

Attach the thread to a scale (100 mm) equipped with thread fixing fittings and apply a load of 1/1000 g per denier at a point 100 mm from the fixed point. This is immersed in water in a transparent glass container (so that the scale is immersed vertically so that it is easy to read). Immerse at 20°C and read the length l after 5 minutes.

Water shrinkage rate (%) = 100-l/100×100 (Effects of the invention) The grip fabric of the invention can be attached to grips made of any material such as metal, FRP, or wood, and can There is no need for double-sided adhesive tape or adhesive when rewinding, and the operation is as simple as simply covering the grip with the fabric of this invention and adding water, so rewinding requires time, effort, and skill. In addition, during use, the fabric does not swell due to sweat from the hands, but rather contracts and tightens, so the grip and hand fit together without slipping. This is preferable.

(Example) The manner of use of an example of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1 of the drawings, 1 is a grip fabric according to the present invention, and 2 is a grip part of the racket, and the grip part 2 is provided with a grip fabric 1 cut into a length longer than the grip length by the shrinkage rate. The coated form is shown, and then grip fabric 1
5. Immerse the part in water or spray it with water.
After ~10 minutes, the fabric becomes a shrinkable fabric as shown at 1' in Figure 2, and is tightly attached to the grip.
