Claims (1)
- 複数のポールピース間に磁石を挾んで配設した
磁性流体シール要素と、該磁性流体シール要素に
より微小間隙を有して囲繞される磁性回転体と、
前記ポールピースと磁性回転体との間の前記微小
間隙に磁性流体を磁気的に捕捉して非接触形軸封
部を形成する磁性流体シール装置において、前記
シール要素が筒状ケーシングに嵌入され、かつ前
記磁性回転体が筒状ケーシングに挿入されるとと
もに、前記シール要素が筒状ケーシングの一端側
に設けられた規制部と他端側開口部に嵌入した規
制シール部材に挾着されて軸移動不能に保持され
、前記磁性回転体の一端側に設けた規制部と他端
側に取付けられた規制部材が前記筒状ケーシング
の規制部と規制シール部材に干渉して、筒状ケー
シングと磁性回転体が一体に結合され、磁性回転
体が回転軸に同時回転可能かつ気密に外嵌される
とともに、筒状ケーシングが軸封機器のハウジン
グに気密に嵌入固定されていることを特徴とする
磁性流体シール装置。
