現像ユニツトにてトナー現像し、当該トナー像を
給送ローラ対にて給送されてくる記録紙に転写す
る静電記録装置において、 装置本体のカバーと、前記現像ユニツトを静電
潜像担持体の近傍に位置決め付勢する第１付勢手
段と、前記給送ローラ対を相互に圧接させる第２
付勢手段とが具備され、前記第１付勢手段は現像
ユニツトとカバーとの間に介装され、第２付勢手
段は給紙ローラ対とカバーとの間に介装されてお
り、前記カバーを開放することによつて、第１付
勢手段および第２付勢手段の付勢力が解除される
ように構成されていることを特徴とする静電記録
