Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a perfumed curtain which permits the 'preferable diffusion of perfume' and 'continuity of perfume' by forming said curtain from the perfumed woven fabric onto which the perfumed microcapsules and silicon group resin binder are attached in a specific rate and in which the attached portion occupies a specific rate of the weight of the woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:The composition of a microcapsule containing perfume is not specially restricted, so far as the microcapsule permits the diffusion of perfume through the destruction by the proper friction, and a low formation microcapsule is preferable. The silicone resin binder used as binder is preferably the emulsion of the low temperature reaction type organo-polysiloxane prepolymer. This coating material is in 0.5-5 times, preferably 1-2 times (wt.) of the microcapsule, and the sufficient adhesive effect can be developed. Further, the adhesion quantity of the both is ordinarily 0.3-7.0% preferably 0.5-3.0% of the weight of the woven fabric in the adhesion portion. A perfumed curtain is prepared from such a perfumed woven fabric.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, various developments have been made regarding fragranced clothing, and many of them have been on the market. However, many of these products are simply sprayed with perfume onto the final product, or simply coated with fragrant substances on the surface, and the fragrance disappears when the fragrance evaporates, and wash resistance is affected. The fragrance was so poor that it completely disappeared after one wash.

Under these circumstances, various attempts have been made to impart fragrance to woven and knitted fabrics and clothing. Conventionally, this has been done by spraying perfume at the time of finishing, or by enclosing aromatic paper in a packaging bag during packaging, or by using aromatic paper as the core, and transferring the scent to woven or knitted fabrics or clothing. It was something.

Furthermore, JP-A No. 61-63716 proposes an aromatic core-sheath type composite fiber in which a fragrance is dispersed and mixed in the core and has a hollow part, but the fragrance volatilizes and changes in quality at high temperatures. There is a problem in that there are only a limited number of fragrances that can be easily processed and that can withstand melt spinning.

In addition, in the case of products that transfer the scent of Aromatic Gi to textile products in packaging bags, the strength of the fragrance imparted varies depending on the elapsed time after the bag is sealed, and as a result, the fragrance does not become pleasant and the product itself is defective. There were cases where this happened.

However, the present invention provides that a fragrance can be sustained by attaching microcapsules containing a fragrance to woven or knitted fabrics or curtains, and that the microcapsules may be torn little by little due to friction during use or may be intentionally damaged. This method focuses on the fact that rubbing with Ig produces a diverging effect. However, as disclosed in JP-A-49-19197 and JP-A-52-31200, when microcapsules and a binder are simply attached to a woven or knitted fabric, or as disclosed in JP-A-53-106885, As described above, even if the binder is applied using the transfer printing method, a sufficiently durable fragrance cannot be imparted, and furthermore, the binder penetrates into the woven yarn, resulting in an extremely hard texture. also occurred.

The present invention was made based on the above-mentioned knowledge, and it is possible to achieve the effects of "desirable fragrance development" and "fragrance sustainability" without impairing the texture of the fabric itself. The object of the present invention is to provide aromatic curtains that can satisfy the customer's needs.

Furthermore, the woven or knitted fabric used in the present invention is preferably subjected to water-repellent treatment (preferably, in order to prevent the binder from penetrating into the fiber knitting yarns or into the fabric grains and hardening the texture, which will prevent the binder and the microcapsules from forming). Known methods can be used for 1a water treatment, which mainly adheres to the surface of the cloth and does not impair the original texture of In products, but for applications that do not require water clarity, it is possible to simply impregnate a relatively small amount of treatment agent. All you need to do is post-drying 0 For example, impregnating and drying Elumagin, which is aluminum acetate and paraffin with an emulsifier and protective colloid added, or heat treatment after impregnating and drying using an emulsion containing methylhydrodiene polysiloxane emulsion and metal soap. There are ways to do this.

The silicone resin binder used as a binder is
It has a coating effect and plays a role as an adhesive between microcapsules and woven or knitted fabrics, and is particularly suitable for use in silicone-based aqueous emulsion types, such as organopolysiloxane preforms, which have excellent dispersibility in water and can be easily diluted with water. It is preferable to use a polymer-based material emulsified with an emulsifier, which hardens upon removal of water and forms a rubber-like film that has the characteristics of silicone rubber, providing a durable adhesive effect. . Furthermore, emulsilane, which is a low-temperature reaction type organopolysiloxane prepolymer, has a 150
The microcapsules can be fixed to the fibers by drying at a temperature of 'C or lower, and a more preferable low-temperature-reactive organoboridyloxane prevolimer emuldigon is, for example, one that is bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule. 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane having at least two hydroxyl groups and its derivatives, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a reaction product of aminofancranalsilane or its hydrolyzate and an acid anhydride, and 1 part by weight of colloidal silica.
1 to 60 parts by weight of a homogeneous dispersion of ~50 parts by weight based on organopolysiloxane and 0.01 parts by weight of a curing catalyst.
Examples include aqueous silicone emulsion silanes comprising ~10 parts by weight, 0.3 to 20 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifier, and 25 to 600 parts by weight of water.

This coating material is applied to the microcapsules.
It is applied 5 to 5 times, preferably 1 to 2 times (weight ratio), to develop a sufficient adhesive effect. If the amount is less than 0.5 times, the coating effect will be extremely poor, while if it is more than 5 times the amount, the adhesion rate of microcapsules will hardly change, and on the contrary, problems will be caused in the soft texture of curtains. This is not preferred, and the amount of both of these substances usually accounts for 0.3 to 7.0%, preferably 0.5 to 3.0%, of the weight of the woven or knitted fabric in the adhered area. That is, since the microcapsules are sufficiently attached to the woven or knitted fabric by being provided with the silicone resin binder in the above proportion,
If the adhesion amount of both of these is less than 0.3%, both the strength of the fragrance and the durability are insufficient. On the other hand, if it is more than 7.0%, the texture of the woven or knitted fabric will deteriorate. However, there is also the problem that the fragrance sometimes emitted is too strong, both of which are unsuitable. In other words, the above-mentioned amount of adhesion satisfies all the requirements of having a favorable fragrance dispersion effect, suitable texture and flexibility, and having appropriate durability of the fragrance.

It is preferable to apply a silicone resin binder to a final fabric product such as a woven or knitted fabric that does not undergo any post-processing. For example, it can be immersed in a treatment liquid tank made of a silicone resin binder, and then dehydrated and dried in a manner that does not impair its texture. good.
