周縁とに立上りフランジを設け底板に複数の小突
起を上方へ凸に設けた第一プレートと、複数の小
突起を下方へ凸に設けた第2プレートを交互に重
ねて層状に空室を有する積層体となし、各空室に
2本ずつの連結管を貫通させて、空室を1層おき
に連通させたA流路とB流路を形成させ、前記積
層体の上面と下面とをそれぞれ上・下端板で被い
、さらに上下端板を通じて4個の開口を設け、そ
のうち2個をA流路に、他の2個をB流路に連通
