Abstract

PURPOSE:To save electricity expense and the like by dividing the floor into a plurality of heating zones in order to direct the electric supply to the floor panel heaters for each heating zone and cut off electric supply for unnecessary heating and by providing a switch for selecting heating patterns according to which the electric supply is directed to the heaters in the heating zones. CONSTITUTION:Selection is made from among heating zones 21-24 according to patterns by the use of a heating pattern selection switch 6 which closes circuits to a power source through relay contacts 71-74. Each of the heating zones 21-24 is formed of three floor panels 1a, 1b. A first pattern directs electric supply to only the first heating zone 21 and puts a temperature sensor 31 for the first heating zone 21 into connection with a controller 5. A second pattern directs electric supply to the first heating zone 21 and the second heating zone 22, putting a temperature sensor 32 for the second heating zone 22 into connection with the controller 5. A third pattern directs electric supply to the third heating zone 23 and the fourth heating zone 24, putting a temperature sensor 33 for the third heating zone 23 into connection with the controller 5. A fourth pattern directs electric supply to all the heating zones 21-24, putting a temperature sensor 34 for the fourth heating zone 24 into connection with the controller 5.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the above configuration, when the number of panels increases, the heaters are energized even in places where heating is not required, which results in a large amount of waste and becomes uneconomical. On the other hand, in order to improve economic efficiency, it is possible to divide the floor into multiple heating areas and control the heater for each heating area, but in the conventional configuration, the controller 5 that controls the power supply to the heater is Since the same number of heating areas were required, there were problems in that the appearance was unsightly and the cost was high.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above problems, and by using only one controller, it is possible to prevent power from being applied to the floor panel heaters in areas where heating is not required, which increases costs. The aim is to provide a floor heating system that prevents this.

One of the panels 1b is a parent panel 1a, and is provided with a heater and a temperature sensor 3, and the remaining two panels are child panels 1b, and only a heater is provided. Each heating area 21-24
Temperature sensors 31-3. are connected to the controller 5 via switches 4a to 4d, respectively. The controller 5 adjusts the amount of electricity supplied to the heater based on the outputs of the temperature sensors 31 to 34 so that the temperature of the floor panel 1 is substantially constant. The switches 4a to 4d are connected to four temperature sensors 3. ~3. Any one temperature sensor of 3. - 34 are selected to be connected to the controller 5, and are linked to a heating pattern selection switch 6, which will be described later.

Relay contacts 71-74 are provided for each heating area 2, respectively, and are connected to the temperature sensors 31-3. Opening/closing control is performed via the controller 5 so that the temperature is approximately constant based on the output of the controller 5. The heating pattern selection switch 6 allows selection of four patterns, and for each pattern it is possible to select which heating area 21-2. Select whether to energize the heater. That is, in the first pattern, only the first heating areas 2I to 24 are energized, and at this time, the first heating areas 2. Temperature sensor 3. is connected to the controller 5. Moreover, in the second pattern, the first heating area 2. and the second heating area 2, and the second heating area 2. The temperature sensor 3□ is connected to the controller 5. Furthermore, in the third pattern, the third heating area 2. and the fourth heating area 24 are energized, and the third heating area 2. three temperature sensors are connected to the controller 5, and in the fourth pattern, all the heating areas 21 to 24 are energized and the fourth

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention forms a floor surface with a plurality of heating regions, energizes the heater of the floor panel for each heating region, and selects a heating pattern that determines the heating region to which the heater should be energized. Since a switch is provided, the floor surface can be divided into multiple heating areas, and the user can select which of the heating areas should be energized by switching the heating pattern selection switch, which I think is unnecessary for the user. This has the advantage that electricity costs can be saved by not energizing the parts.
