Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an easy drainage of a condensed water without using any particular device and operation method by opening a drain pipe in opposition to a drain channel provided along the advancing direction on the obliquely elevating passage bottom face, and providing an exhaust port toward the outside of the elevating passage on the drain channel lower end. CONSTITUTION:The operation of a chilling unit 10 causes a condensed water, and this condensed water runs down the floor side of an elevating passage 1 through a drain pipe 10a. The floor just under the opening side of the drain pipe 10a is provided with a drain channel 1a continuously formed along the running part of a cage 3. Thus, the condensed water falls into the drain channel 1a and flows to the lower side. As the drain channel 1a is provided with an exhaust port 11 leading to the outside of the elevating passage 1 in the lowest part thereof, the condensed water is exhausted out of the elevating passage 1. Thus, there is no need to provide a tank for storing the condensed water on the cage 3, nor to provide a particular drain device within the elevating passage 1. Hence, the drainage is possible during the operation of the cage 3, and no particular operation for drainage is not required.

As described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 48-89636, conventional elevators store condensed water generated from an air conditioner in a container attached to the car, and detect it when it reaches a certain amount. Then, the elevator was operated to the last floor and the drainage equipment was used to drain the water.

Therefore, the conventional technology requires a special drainage device, and a location for its installation must be secured, resulting in an increase in manufacturing costs. Another problem is that when the water in the container that collects condensed water reaches a certain level, a special operating method must be used to transport the elevator to the lowest floor.

The above purpose is to provide a drainage groove on the bottom of the slanted hoistway along the direction of movement of the slanted elevator, open the drainage pipe of the car cooling system opposite to this groove drainage, and raise/lower it to the lower end of the drain. This is achieved by providing an outlet leading to the outside of the road.

[Function] Since the floor of the hoistway of the oblique elevator is sloped,
Naturally, the drainage ditch mentioned above is also sloped. Therefore, if condensed water from the cooling system is drained into this drain, it will naturally flow downward. A suitable outlet is opened at the lowest part of the drain to drain the water out of the hoistway, so that water does not accumulate in the hoistway.

1 is an inclined hoistway, and 2 is a guide rail for guiding the travel of the passenger seat 3 and the counterweight 5. The passenger shaft 3 and the counterweight 5 are connected in a hanging manner by a main rope 4, and this main lobe 4 is wound around a hoisting machine (not shown) installed at the upper part of the hoistway 1. This structure allows the car 3 to move up and down along the inclined hoistway 1. Further, reference numeral 10 denotes a cooling device mounted on the passenger car 3, and condensed water generated from the cooling device 10 is guided to the hoistway floor side by a drainage pipe 10a.

Now, when the cooling device 10 operates, condensed water is generated, and the condensed water flows down into the shaft of the hoistway 1 through the drain pipe 10a. A drain groove 1a is continuously provided in the floor immediately below the opening side of the drain pipe 10a along the running portion of the seat 3. Therefore, the condensed water falls into this drainage groove 1a and flows downward. As shown in FIG. 2, a discharge port 11 communicating with the outside of the hoistway 1 is provided at the lowest part of the drain groove 1a, so that the condensed water is drained to the outside of the hoistway 1.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, there is no need to provide a tank for storing condensed water in the car 3, and there is no need for a special drainage device in the hoistway 1. Drainage is possible even inside the tank, and there is no need to perform special operations for drainage. In addition, condensed water is drained from drain 1.
Since the water only flows through A, there is no negative effect of wetting surrounding equipment.
