側部に給湯管等の点検口を設け、この点検口の蓋
板を兼ねる棚板を浴室洗場まで臨ませて着脱自在
に取付けたことを特徴とするバスユニツト。 (2) 請求項１において、洗場の腰壁に、その上
面が前記浴槽フランジの上面と同一水平面となり
、且つ上面に配管点検口を有する水栓取付膨出部
を設けると共に、この浴槽フランジと前記水栓取
付膨出部とに一体に架設される前記棚板を設けた
ことを特徴とするバスユニツト。 (3) 請求項１，２のいずれかにおいて、前記浴
槽フランジの洗場側の一部分を凹部とし、この凹
部の下面に排水口を設けると共に、前記棚板のこ
の凹部に対応する位置に水切り収納容器を取外し
自在に取付けるための開口部を形成したことを特
