CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin with (B) 30-80 pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g., dioctyl phthalate), (C) 1-3.5 pts.wt. anti-stick agent (e.g., sorbitan monostearate) and (D) 0.01-3 pts.wt. one or more compounds expressed by the formula R-OH (R is >=14C alkyl) (e.g., myristyl or cetyl alcohol).
