Claims (1)
取軸の一端部側にカバーを有するケーシングを固
定し、該ケーシングに巻取軸が貫通するコマ収納
室を形成し、該コマ収納室の底面には前記巻取軸
を中心として複数本の剪断可能なピンを突設する
一方、環状体を複数個に分割してなり前記ピンに
係合する穴をそれぞれ穿設した複数個のコマを、
前記巻取軸若しくは巻取軸に嵌合した歯車と接し
ない程度に離間させ包囲せしめて前記コマ収納室
内に遊嵌し、他方、該コマに巻回して包囲する索
条体の一端部は前記再引締装置と連結し、他端部
には所定の荷重を与えてなるものにおいて、前記
コマ収納室の底面に、摩滅し難く、かつ、摩擦係
数の小さな環状板を施設してなることを特徴とす
