Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the detection of only the presence of needles by imparting magnetism to the needle or its accessary which is used for sewed products, detecting the magnetism, and detecting the presence of the needle which is erroneously contained in the sewed product. CONSTITUTION:A needle 1 which is used for sewed products is directly magnet ized, and the magnetism of 30 to 50 gauses is imparted. For a marking needle 2, a knob part 2a which is an accessary can be directly magnetized, of the magnetism can be imparted by sticking magnetic rubber. The detection of the needle to which the magnetism is imparted is performed with a magnetism sensor 3 having a plurality of detectors 7 constituted by Hall elements and the like. The sewed product is slidden on a checking stage 5, and the magnetism is detected with the detectors 7. Thus the magnetized needle can be detected. In this way, when the needle which is used for the sewed product is magnetized beforehand, only the needle can be positively detected without erroneous detec tion even if metallic decoration is provided on the sewed product.

2. Description of the Related Art In a sewing factory or the like, for example, a sewing needle may fall off from a sewing machine or may become entangled in a sewn product due to forgetting to remove a pin. Since most sewn products are worn by people, it is necessary to reliably detect the needles that have become entangled in the products as described above and remove them before shipping. Conventionally, the inspection as described in F to see whether or not the needle is entangled in the sewn product' has been generally carried out using a metal sensor. Metal sensors utilize the principle that when a magnetic object such as a piece of iron moves near a detection object formed by winding a coil around a permanent magnet, an induced electromotive force is generated in the coil, and this electromotive force is amplified. The sensor is configured to drive an inspector means such as a buzzer or a lamp. If the detected object of this metal sensor is moved near the sewn product or the sewn product is slid near the detected object, the presence of iron pieces, etc. in the sewn product can be detected. .

However, the metal sensor described above can detect any magnetic material, so it also reacts to metal parts of zippers, metal buttons, etc. outside the needle base, and only detects the needle. It wasn't very convenient for my purpose. Furthermore, since it is necessary to remove the sewn product to a metal sensor and move it, reliability is also poor. This invention was devised under the above circumstances, and it solves the conventional problems and prevents the needle from getting mixed up even if the sewing product contains magnetic metal other than the needle tool. The object of the present invention is to provide a method that can reliably detect only the needle when the needle is crowded.

In the present invention, magnetism is applied to the needle used for sewing or its attachment, and the presence of the needle that gets mixed into the sewing product sewn using this needle is detected by the magnetism applied to the needle or its attachment. It is detected by doing this. Therefore, according to the present invention, even if a sewn product has metal decorations such as a zipper or metal button, it is possible to reliably detect only the needle without erroneously detecting these items as in the past. . Moreover, since the detection object of the magnetic sensor can detect the presence of magnetism itself using a current 6n effect element such as a Hall element, it is possible to detect the presence of magnetism itself. There is no need to move the needle, allowing for more reliable needle detection.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in the method of the present invention, the sewing needle l (Fig. 1 (al)) used for sewing or the pin 2 (Fig. 1 (al)
b) Magnetize the needle such as). Since the sewing needle 1 or the pin 2 is made of a magnetic material such as iron, it can be easily magnetized by a known magnetizer. In a conventional sewing needle 1, a known magnet can be directly magnetized by the machine to provide a magnetism of 30 Gauss to 50 Gauss. Further, in the pin pin 2, magnetism may be applied to the photographing part 2a, which is an appendage thereof. In this case, the depressed portion 2a may be made of a thin plate of magnetic material and directly magnetized, or, for example, commercially available Magfuft rubber may be adhered to the thin plate substrate. In this case, it is possible to apply a magnetic force of 300 to 500 Gauss. Next, in the method of the present invention, the presence of the needle mixed into the sewing product is detected by detecting the magnetism applied to the needle using the magnetic sensor 3. FIG. 2 shows an example of the magnetic sensor 3. A flat inspection table 5 is formed on the upper surface of the rectangular box-shaped case 4, and a plurality of detection objects (
Probe) 7... is now available. This detection object 7...
・can be constituted by a Hall element, and the interval between each detection body 7... is determined according to the degree of anger of the Hall element.
It is set to such an extent that a magnetic point of approximately 30 Gauss existing in the entire vertical area of the window portion 6 can be detected. FIG. 3 shows an example of the circuit configuration of the magnetic sensor 3. The Hall element control circuit 8 causes a current to flow through the Hall element of the detection object 7. When a magnetic field acts on the Hall element, an electromotive voltage is generated in the Hall element due to the Hall effect, this electromotive voltage is amplified by the amplifier circuit 9, and the display 10 or the horn 11 is driven. The indicator 10 may be a meter that directly amplifies and displays the electromotive voltage generated in the Hall element in the presence of a magnetic field, or a lamp that indicates when the electromotive voltage exceeds a preset threshold. may be lit. To detect a needle in a sewn product using the magnetic sensor 3, the sewn product is slid onto the inspection table 5. If a needle magnetized as described above exists inside the sewn product, one of the detectors 7 detects the magnetism of this needle, and magnetic detection information is displayed on the display 10, or ,
The alarm sounds. In this example, since a plurality of detecting bodies 7 are arranged in the vertical window 6, the sewn product can be detected by simply sliding the sewn product once within the length of the window 6. The presence or absence of the needle can be tested for all parts of the . As mentioned above, in the method of the present invention, the presence of a needle in a sewn product is detected by detecting the magnetism applied to the needle, so even if the sewn product has metal decorations, Therefore, only the problematic needle can be reliably detected. In addition to the magnetic sensor 3 that slides the sewn product onto a fixed inspection table as described above, the magnetic sensor 3 may have several detection bodies 7 at the tip as shown in FIG. 1. The main body 14 is connected by a cord 13 to an operating body 12 formed by arranging them in a row.
It may also be configured such that the user grips the operating body 12 and scans the surface of the sewn product with the distal end where the detecting body 7 is disposed. Further, the magnetic sensor 3 shown in FIG. 2 is configured by providing a vertically elongated window on the examination table and arranging a plurality of detection bodies 7 in a row in this window. Multiple lines of multiple detection objects across the entire area of the inspection table? ! If they are arranged in several rows and configured to detect magnetism in all areas on the inspection table, the sewn product can be easily inspected without having to slide the sewn product on the inspection table like the magnetic sensor 3 shown in Fig. 2. can detect magnetic needles. Further, in the embodiment, a Hall element is used as the detection body of the magnetic sensor 3, but it may also be configured using a magneto-electric conversion element such as a magnetoresistive element, a magnetic diode, or a magnetic transistor. Of course it is possible.
