Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate construction and repair by mixing ceramic tiles and slip-proof section pieces respectively and independently on a base surface at arbitrary joint intervals to arrange the tiles and the pieces to bond them on the surface. CONSTITUTION:Widely used ceramic tiles 1 and the slip-proof section pieces 2 of the rubber, plastics, or the like of the almost same thicknesses of those of the tiles 1 are arranged respectively, independently, and dispersively at arbitrary joint intervals, and their surfaces are previously bonded on a unit tile supporting sheet 6, and one unit tile U is set. The rear surface side of the unit tile U is bonded on a backing surface 3 by using the adhesives 4 of epoxy or cement mortar type. After the execution of the work of the unit tile U, joints 8 are filled up with joint materials for finish.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a non-slip construction method for road surfaces and floor surfaces, and members used therein, and more specifically, to anti-slip pieces made of rubber, plastic, etc. on ceramic unit tiles. <Conventional technology> Regarding anti-slip construction methods for roads and floors, which are constructed in combination, and members used therein. As a construction method, JP-A-49-17814 and JP-A-59-26204 are known. All of these use a tile made of ceramic tile with a piece of vulcanized rubber embedded in the surface and integrally molded.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, with this construction method, the manufacturing of the tile pieces is complicated and expensive, and the vulcanized rubber pieces cannot be repaired or replaced, so when repairing, the tile itself must be destroyed and large-scale work is required. have to work. This invention is an attempt to fundamentally solve these problems.

Ceramic tiles 1 commonly used for floor surfaces and anti-slip pieces 2 made of rubber, plastic, etc. of approximately the same thickness are arranged independently and regularly or irregularly, and the surface is preliminarily divided into units. It is adhered to the tile support sheet 6 to form one unit tile U. The support sheet 6 may be a general-purpose paper or a plastic sheet made of polyester, vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like. If a transparent or semi-transparent sheet is used, the arrangement of the ceramic tiles 1 and the anti-slip pieces 2 can be seen through, making it easier to arrange the unit tiles U and to pass the joint lines.

The back side of this unit tile U is adhered to a base surface 3 such as a road surface or a floor surface. As the adhesive 4 to be removed, a general-purpose adhesive such as an epoxy adhesive or a cement mortar adhesive can be appropriately selected and used depending on the material of the base. (FIG. 1) When using a cement mortar adhesive, it is desirable to previously provide a non-vulcanized butyl rubber sheet layer 5 integrally on the back surface of the anti-slip piece 2 made of rubber, plastic or the like. Thereby, the adhesive strength of the anti-slip piece 2 to the base surface 3 can be increased.

The thickness of layer 5 is about 0.1 to 1.0 m+. (FIG. 2) Furthermore, an adhesive non-vulcanized synthetic rubber sheet 7 can also be used as the adhesive 4. In this case, in order to strengthen the adhesive force between the ceramic tile 1 and the sheet 7, a solvent-free urethane adhesive or other reactive solvent-free adhesive may be used between the tile 1 and the sheet 7. preferable.

Note that representative examples of the adhesive non-vulcanized synthetic rubber sheet 7 include adhesive non-vulcanized rubber butyl sheets and adhesive non-vulcanized SBR.
Examples include sheets. This rubber sheet 7 may be adhered to the base surface 3 alone during on-site construction, or it may be adhered in advance to the back surface of the unit tile U supported by the support sheet 6 and its lower surface covered with a release sheet ( (not shown) and used as part of the anti-slip construction member. The thickness of the adhesive non-vulcanized synthetic rubber sheet 7 is approximately 0.3 to 3.0 mm. (FIG. 3) The base surface 3 to which the rubber sheet 7 is adhered is coated with a synthetic rubber latex-based, synthetic rubber solvent-based, or other brimer as appropriate.

Since they are mixed regularly or irregularly with arbitrary joint spacing (i!iil! If) and bonded,
Unlike the conventional method, which uses tile pieces that are integrally molded with vulcanized rubber pieces embedded on the surface of one ceramic tile piece, complicated and large-scale manufacturing methods are not required, and road and floor surfaces can be easily applied. Anti-slip construction can be achieved.
