Conventionally, jumping devices such as those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 have been used to improve jumping ability. Reference numeral 1 denotes an annular frame made of iron pipe, which is held substantially horizontally at a predetermined height from the floor by, for example, four legs 2. A circular sheet 3 made of, for example, woven fabric and having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the frame 1 is disposed in the inner circle of the frame 1, and a number of circular sheets 3 extending radially with a predetermined angular interval maintained between the periphery and the frame 1 are arranged. A tension spring 4 is installed.

In the jumping apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, if the player jumps up and down while riding on the seat 3, when the player descends onto the seat 3, the spring 4 is expanded by its gravity, and then the spring 4 is When shortened, an upward repulsive force is applied to the player via the seat 3 to help the player jump.

However, according to this conventionally configured jumping device,
A large number of springs 4 are arranged around the seat 3 at predetermined intervals, so that if the player accidentally jumps outward from the seat 3 while jumping, the springs 4
There is a risk of falling and getting injured. Furthermore, when the player gets on or off the seat 3 from the floor, he or she must be careful not to step on the spring 4.

Furthermore, according to this conventional jumping device, when the player descends onto the seat 3 and the seat 3 extends downward, the tensile force applied by the spring 4 is considered to be in the plane direction of the seat 3. It is considered that a force equal to the vector sum of the tensile forces applied to the sheet 3 acts on the sheet 3. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3A, if the player descends to the middle of the seat 3 while putting his weight evenly on both feet, the seat 3 will be concave at approximately the same angle with the feet 5 at the center, so the player will have little impact. A vertical repulsive force is applied. This is because the horizontal force components applied to the player from the seat 3 cancel each other vectorwise. However, in reality, this horizontal force component acts as a force that tightens the area around the foot 5, causing the player to feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, if the player descends to a position away from the center of the seat 3 as shown in FIG. becomes unbalanced and the discomfort in leg 5 changes. Therefore, in order for a player to jump well, a certain level of familiarity is required, and in practice, it is inconvenient for young people or people with physical disabilities to be able to use it properly.

This idea was created taking the above points into consideration.
It is possible to significantly reduce the risk of injury and the complexity of handling, and it also has many exercise training functions such as not only jumping exercise but also strengthening muscle strength, developing a sense of balance, and various games. This paper proposes an exercise training device that is even easier to use.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. In FIG. It is covered with a sheet-like cover 15, and is placed almost horizontally on the floor by a large number, for example, 11 relatively low-height feet 16 attached to the lower surface of the lower plate 12.

The push spring 14 is a coil spring, and has an outer shape whose diameter gradually changes in the axial direction. That is, the push spring 14 is the fifth
As shown in Figure A, it has a truncated conical shape whose diameter decreases as it goes upward from the base. Each push spring 1
4 has a lower end 14A fixed to the upper surface of the lower plate 12 and an upper end 14B fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate 13 by means of mounting fittings (not shown) made of, for example, U-bolts.

Thus, when the pressure spring 14 is compressed as shown in FIG. 5B when a load is applied to the upper plate 13, the lower end portion 14C of the coil spring gradually comes into contact with the inner position of the lower end portion 14A on the lower plate 12. , when it is most compressed it is folded to a thickness of the diameter of the wire forming the coil spring. Incidentally, since the larger diameter portion of the coil spring has a weaker elastic force than the smaller diameter portion, the truncated conical push spring 14 is folded from the bottom.

The cover 15 includes an upper sheet portion 15A in the shape of a circular cap that covers the upper surface of the upper plate 13 and a protective plate 17 made of a cushioning material attached to the upper surface of the upper plate 13, and a circular cap-shaped upper seat portion 15A that covers the lower surface of the lower side plate 12 or the side surface close to the upper plate 13. It consists of a lower sheet part 15B that covers a side surface area close to the lower side plate 12, and an intermediate mesh part 15C having a net-like structure that covers an intermediate side surface area between the upper side plate 13 and the lower side plate 12, and the upper edge of the intermediate mesh part 15C is on the upper side. The lower edge of the intermediate mesh portion 15C is connected to the lower edge of the sheet portion 15A by, for example, sewing, and the lower edge of the intermediate mesh portion 15C is connected to the upper edge of the lower sheet portion 15B by sewing. The lower edge of 15B is adhered to the lower surface of lower plate 12. Thus, the cover 15 has a flat cylindrical shape with its upper and lower end surfaces closed, and the upper plate 13,
The elastic body formed by integrally assembling the push spring 14 and the lower plate 12 is stored so as to cover it.

Thus, when a load is applied to the upper plate 13 and the protection plate 17 and the pressure spring 14 is compressed, the cover 1
The air inside the cover 15 is discharged to the outside through the intermediate mesh portion 15C with almost no resistance, and when the push spring 14 is extended from this state, air is sucked into the inside of the cover 15 from the outside through the intermediate mesh portion 15C with almost no resistance. Therefore, the upper plate 13 can move up and down without resistance and with good motion efficiency in response to changes in the relationship between the push spring 14 and the load. Incidentally, if the intermediate mesh portion 15C is not provided, there is a risk that when the upper plate 13 suddenly makes an upward jumping movement, the interior of the cover 15 will instantaneously become negative pressure, and a braking force will act on the jumping movement of the upper plate 13. However, by providing the intermediate mesh portion 15C, this possibility can be effectively avoided.

During this vertical movement, when the push spring 14 is compressed, the cover 15 slackens, but since the middle portion is in the form of a net, it hardly protrudes outside, and therefore there is no risk of interfering with use. Incidentally, if the entire structure is made of a sheet, the internal pressure of the cover 15 will increase when the pressure spring 14 is compressed, causing the cover 15 to deform so as to bulge outward, and conversely, when the pressure spring 14 is expanded, the inside of the cover 15 will be deformed. When the pressure of By simply changing between the first state and the stretched second state, it is possible to prevent the cover from deforming in practice. Also, actually cover 1
5 is a plurality of push springs 14 that stand upright as a whole;
Therefore, the vertical movement of the upper plate 13 becomes stable. According to experiments, cover 1
If a person stands on the upper plate 13 without the cover 15, the upper plate 13 swings unstably in the lateral direction, but by attaching the cover 15, this lateral swing can be suppressed.

A soundproof plate 21 made of a soft cushioning material, such as felt, is inserted in a portion of each push spring 14 near the lower plate 12 so as to extend along the lower plate 12. As shown in FIG. 6, the soundproofing 21 has a configuration in which a cut 21A is made in the radial direction in a part of a circular felt, and the wire portion of the base end 14A that is in contact with the lower plate 12 of the push spring 14 is connected to the soundproofing plate 21. The pressure spring 14 made of a coil spring is placed on the soundproof plate 21 so that the rising wire portion 14D, where the wire portion at the base end has risen, is extended to the upper side of the soundproof plate 21 through the cut 21A. Insert at the root end. The soundproof board 21 is fixed to the upper surface of the lower board 12 by screws 22 extending through the center thereof.

Thus, when the push spring 14 is compressed and folded from the larger diameter lower portion as described above with reference to FIG. The noise generated when the side plate 12 comes into contact with the side plate 12 is reduced by the soundproof plate 21.

Therefore, when the upper plate 13 jumps in the vertical direction, it is possible to prevent noise from occurring.
Even if the intermediate mesh portion 15c of the cover 15 has a net-like structure that does not have a sound insulating effect, the noise during use can be suppressed to a level that is easy to use for practical use (not annoying).

The legs 16 are made of rubber and formed into the shape of an inverted truncated cone and are fixed to the lower surface of the lower plate 12 with screws 23, and have suction cups 24 glued to their tips. Here, the suction cup 24 prevents the exercise kneading device 11 as a whole from floating off the floor when the push spring 14 repeatedly compresses and expands, especially due to the reaction of the member that moves upward during the expansion operation. , upper plate 13
It is designed so that it can be adsorbed to the floor surface for a period of time (for example, about 1 second) from the time when the push spring 14 is compressed by receiving a load until the push spring 14 finishes expanding by overcoming this load. . In this embodiment, the suction cup 24 is made of a rubber material and has a shape similar to that of a cup turned upside down.

When the exercise training device 11 having the above structure is used as a jumping device, the player only has to step on the protection plate 17 of the upper plate 13 from the top of the cover 15 and repeat the jumping motion. At this time, the push spring 14 is compressed to a depth corresponding to the load from the player, and when the elastic force overcomes the load, it expands to provide a jumping force to the player.

In this way, the player can continue his jumping motion, but no matter where the player descends, the plurality of compression springs 14 can be compressed via the upper plate 13, so that the player's movement as in the case of FIG. There is no risk of giving unnecessary pressure to the feet. Incidentally, since the player can always descend onto the protective plate 17, no local force is applied to the feet even though the inclination angle of the protective plate 17 changes depending on the position at which the player descends.

In the above description, a case has been described in which the exercise training device 11 is used for jumping exercise, but if the player does not step on the protective plate 17 but pushes it down with his hand,
It can be used as a training tool for increasing the muscle strength of the arm, and even in this way, it does not receive dangerous repulsive force from the protection plate 17 or the push spring 14. Incidentally, since the extension movement of the push spring 14 is restricted by the upper plate 13, the protection plate 17, and the cover 15, there is no risk of unexpected and excessive force being applied to the player's arm.

Furthermore, if the player changes the standing position while riding on the protective plate 17, the slope of the protective plate 17 changes, so that it can be used for training to develop a sense of balance.

Furthermore, since the cover 15 has a simple shape as a whole, by arranging a plurality of exercise training devices 11 in an arbitrary shape and walking over them while jumping, you can increase the jumping power for the game. You can improve your sense of balance, etc.

Therefore, in particular, the maximum stroke when the compression spring is compressed is determined by the lower plate 12 of the compression spring 14 because the compression spring is shaped like a truncated cone whose diameter changes as it goes in the axial direction. It is possible to take a large stroke value up to the maximum that can be folded to the thickness of one wire rod facing each other.

Moreover, by making the air inside the cover 15 flow out to the outside or flow into the inside through the intermediate mesh portion 15C with low air resistance,
When the upper plate 13 moves with a large stroke, the elastic force of the push spring 14 can be fully exerted.

As described above, according to the present invention, the push spring is provided inside the cover, the overall shape is compact, and there is no risk of applying dangerous force to the player.
Therefore, it is possible to obtain an exercise kneading device that has multiple functions for many uses. As a result, games for young children and training for people with physical disabilities can be carried out without any danger. Accordingly, in particular, according to the present invention, the push spring is constituted by a truncated cone-shaped coil spring, a soundproof plate is provided, and the resistance to the air inside the cover is reduced by the intermediate mesh part. As a result, the upper plate can be made to jump while effectively using the elastic force of the push spring, and the cover can be prevented from being deformed and hindering use.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A lower plate and an upper plate arranged to face each other, and a truncated conical shape that is installed between the lower plate and the upper plate and whose diameter decreases upward from the base. a plurality of compression springs made of coil springs, a cover that covers the lower plate, the compression spring, the soundproof plate, and the upper plate; the cover includes an upper sheet portion that covers a side surface area close to the upper plate; and a lower sheet part that covers a side surface area close to the lower plate, and an intermediate mesh part that is connected between the upper sheet part and the lower sheet part and covers an intermediate side surface area of the upper side plate and the lower side plate. The intermediate mesh portion has a mesh structure, and when a load is applied to the upper plate and the compression spring is compressed, the air inside the cover is discharged to the outside through the mesh structure portion with almost no resistance. When the structural portion sag from the stretched state, it becomes a first state in which it hardly protrudes to the outside, and when the compression spring is extended from the first state, the external air is passed through the network structure portion and pushed into the above-mentioned state almost without resistance. An exercise kneading device characterized in that the net-like portion returns to its original stretched second state from the sagging state while being sucked into the inside of the cover.
