Conventionally, in order to adjust the operation of the transfer roller to the pitch of each bag part, continuous bag strips had printed patterns and letters on each bag part, and these were used as a series of register marks for optical devices such as phototubes. It is detected by a sensor, and the transfer roller is stopped in response to this detection signal.

In addition, when the continuous bag band is plain, the seal part that forms the bottom of each bag part is detected by the same optical sensor as described above, but this optical sensor is not only expensive, but also detects the seal part. If there is a slight change in the amount of light, such as when using a continuous bag belt, there is a risk of detection errors, so it is necessary to take the trouble to print a register mark on a plain object, or to create a hole or notch in each bag section of a continuous bag belt. A conceivable method is to place electrodes facing this part and electrically detect this part. However, in either case, a special continuous bag must be manufactured, which increases the manufacturing cost of the continuous bag.

In this invention, welded parts are successively formed in the transverse direction at predetermined intervals on a flat tube made of synthetic resin film, and openings are formed by cutting the film on one side near each welded part in the transverse direction. A seal lower piece part slightly floating with respect to the film on the other side is formed between each of the openings and the welded part close to this, and For the film, a continuous bag band with discontinuous cuts in the transverse direction is used, and each bottom of the continuous bag band is moved in the direction leading from the opening by a pair of pinching type transfer rollers to measure the length of one bag. In a packaging device that transports the bags intermittently, and each time the bag is stopped, the most advanced bag section is impregnated with air from a blower, and the article to be packaged is inserted into this, the opening is provided in the middle of the continuous bag transfer path. A guide roller or a guide bar is provided for the lower part of the seal to engage with the outer position, and a micro switch is provided near this, and the contact piece is configured to allow the lower seal part to pass through the guide roller or guide bar. The microswitch is mounted on the machine frame so as to be in a position where it can come in contact with the contact piece and operate the microswitch. This serves as a stop signal for the intermittent transfer of the transfer roller, and a wrinkle-stretching member having a curved portion along the outside of the guide roller or guide bar and brought into contact with an extremely small gap or low contact pressure is used as a stop signal for the intermittent transfer of the transfer roller. This is a continuous bag band transfer device for a packaging machine, characterized in that it is equipped with a continuous bag band transfer device installed in a frame.

Furthermore, in this invention, since the wrinkle-stretching member 20 is provided as described above, the continuous bag belt F is
Even if there are wrinkles 27 as shown in FIG. 9, the wrinkle stretching member 20 first hits the wrinkles 27 and stretches them, so even if the wrinkles 27 are formed when the continuous bag band F is wound around the reel 11, When it comes into contact with the contact piece 19 of the micro switch 18, the wrinkle 27 is stretched out, and the wrinkle 27 is pressed down to the position where it can be detected by the micro switch so that the wrinkle 27 does not return, so it is in the same state as the normal continuous bag band F. Therefore, there is no risk of erroneously detecting the wrinkle 27 as the lower piece portion 3.

[Scope of Claims] 1 Welded portions are sequentially formed in the transverse direction at predetermined intervals on a flat tube made of synthetic resin film, and an example of the film near each welded portion is cut in the transverse direction to form an opening. A seal lower piece is formed between each of the openings and the welded portion close to the welded portion, and is slightly floating with respect to the film on the other side, and corresponds to each of the openings. On the other side of the film, discontinuous cuts are made in the transverse direction. Using a continuous bag, each bottom of the continuous bag strip is moved in the direction leading from the opening by a pair of clamping type transfer rollers, so that one bag length is cut. In a packaging device that transfers the bags intermittently by size and impregnates the most advanced bag section with air from a blower every time the transfer is stopped, and inserts the article to be packaged into this, the opening is provided in the middle of the continuous bag transfer path. A guide roller or a guide bar is provided for the lower part of the seal to engage with the outer position, and a micro switch is provided near this, and the contact piece is configured to allow the lower seal part to pass through the guide roller or guide bar. The microswitch is mounted on the machine frame in such a way that it can come in contact with the contact piece and operate the microswitch when the lower seal piece contacts the contact piece. This serves as a stop signal for the intermittent transfer of the transfer roller, and the wrinkle-stretching member, which has a curved portion along the outside of the guide roller or guide bar and is brought into contact with an extremely small gap or low contact pressure, is connected to the machine frame. 1. A continuous bag band transfer device for a packaging machine, comprising a continuous bag band transfer device installed and equipped in the bag. 2. The continuous bag band transfer device for a packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the wrinkle stretching member is a leaf spring curved along the circumferential surface of the guide roller or guide bar. 3. The continuous bag band transfer device for a packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the wrinkle stretching member is an inelastic plate curved along the circumferential surface of the guide roller or guide bar.
