パ片を回動不能に装着し、このストツパ片をバル
ブボデーの軸装部上面に立設した開閉位置決め用
ピンに当接させてステムを略９０゜回転させるよ
うに構成すると共に、前記ストツパ片の長さ方向
の一端又は両端に折曲部を形成し、この折曲部に
あけたロツク孔と前記開閉位置決め用ピンとを旋
錠具を介して旋錠可能に設けたことを特徴とする
