[Prior Art] A vibrating feeder is often used when packaging powder or granular materials, especially medicines. Vibration feeders are expected to be used in a wider range of applications in the future, such as being connected to a weighing device and used in automated systems that sequentially cut out and package preset amounts of drugs. .

[Problems to be solved by the invention] When a vibrating feeder is used, for example, to package drugs, if there are multiple types of drugs to be supplied, a new one is placed in the hopper part of the vibrating feeder after one drug is supplied. The drug is filled, but at this time there is a risk that the previous drug may be mixed into the new drug. In other words, even after the previous drug has been fed, the drug still adheres to the hopper of the vibrating feeder, so when the next drug is fed to the hopper, the adhering drug is mixed into the new drug. It gets mixed into. In this conventional technique, when the supply of one type of medicine is finished, the medicine remaining on the hopper of the vibrating feeder is removed. The removal method is to hit the hopper part with a hammer and remove it by the impact force, or alternatively or in addition to this method, to use a vacuum cleaner.

First, in the method of hitting with a hammer, there is a risk that the impact may cause misalignment of the various connecting parts of the vibrating feeder, resulting in a decrease in the performance of the vibrating feeder. Further, even if a vacuum cleaner or the like is used in combination, it is virtually impossible to completely remove the remaining chemicals. Depending on the type of drug, even a small amount of other drugs may cause problems with its efficacy, and some scientific drugs may react violently with very small amounts of other drugs.

After all, the conventional method described above cannot be expected to completely remove the residue, and even if it were to be completely removed, it would require a great deal of effort.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been constructed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has a structure in which the hopper section of the vibrating feeder can be attached to and detached from the main body of the vibrating feeder, and this hopper section is made of paper. The present invention relates to a powder supply device that is made of relatively inexpensive materials such as plastics and is disposable.

[Function] As mentioned above, the hopper part of the vibrating feeder is formed separately from the vibrating feeder body from a relatively inexpensive material such as paper or plastic, and this removable hopper is attached to the vibrating feeder body, and a predetermined amount of powder is produced. The body is fed by a vibrating feeder. When the supply of the specified powder or granular material is finished, remove the removable hopper from the vibration feeder body and discard it, then attach a new removable hopper to the vibration feeder body,
This new removable hopper is filled with another powder and granules, and the new supply of powder and granules is started. In this way, by changing the removable hopper for each type of powder or granule, it is possible to easily and completely prevent the previous powder or granule from being mixed into the next powder or granule.

1 to 3 show a removable hopper that stores powder and granules and is configured to be detachable from the main body of the vibrating feeder. Arrow 1 indicates a removable hopper, and 2 indicates a hopper section that forms the main part of this hopper.A hopper section trough 3 that engages with a hopper support of a vibration feeder, which will be described later, is connected to the lower part of the hopper section 2. There is. The hopper main body 2 is, in short, for storing a relatively large amount of powder and granular material, and is not limited to a shape in which the cross-sectional area increases toward the upper open end as shown in the figure. The removable hopper 1 is made of paper such as kraft paper or a material such as plastic. Since this hopper is disposable, there is no risk of mixing with other powder or granules, and it is okay for some powder to remain on the hopper wall, but depending on the type of powder or granules to be supplied, Some of them are quite expensive, and it is not desirable to have a large amount of them left behind. Therefore, when paper is used, it is preferable to use a material such as kraft paper, which has a smooth surface and does not easily attract powder particles. Similarly, in the case of plastics, materials to which powder particles are difficult to adhere and remain are used.

The illustrated vibration feeder is an electromagnetic type vibration feeder, in which an upper support frame 4 and a lower support frame 5 arranged in parallel are supported by plate springs 6 and 7, and an electromagnetic part 8 provided on the lower support frame 5 side An AC voltage is applied, and the suction plate 9 placed on the side of the upper support frame 4 is intermittently attracted in accordance with the frequency of the applied AC voltage, and works with the elasticity of the leaf springs 6 and 7 to close the upper support frame. Vibrate 4. A hopper support 10 on which a removable hopper 1 is mounted is attached to the upper support frame 4. Reference numeral 11 denotes a removable hopper locking claw provided on the hopper support 10.

First, when installing the removable hopper, the removable hopper 1 is installed from (the right side of) the rear end of the hopper support 10 of the vibrating feeder. That is, the removable hopper 1 is placed on the hopper support 10 with the hopper trough 3 facing forward, and then the entire removable hopper 1 is slid forward, and the fourth As shown in the figure, the trough of the removable hopper 1 is held between the claws 11 of the hopper support 10, thereby locking and fixing the entire removable hopper 1 to the hopper support 10. In this case, the length of the hopper trough of the removable hopper 1 is l 1 (see Figure 3).
is longer than the length l 2 of the hopper support 10 from the claw body 11 to the tip of the hopper support (see Fig. 5), and when the removable hopper 1 is attached, the removable Hopper part trough 3 of hopper 1
The powder discharge end 3a of the hopper support 10 is positioned in front of the tip 10a of the hopper support 10. If this is done, there is no possibility that the previous powder or granule will be mixed into the next powder or granule. That is, the tip 1 of the hopper support 10
If 0a is located in front of the tip 3a of the hopper trough 3 of the detachable hopper 1, the discharged powder will remain on the tip 10a of the hopper support 10 and will be mixed in when the next powder is supplied. However, if the structure is configured as described above, the powder or granules will definitely fall from the powder or granule discharge end 3a of the trough 3, and there is no risk of this happening. Once the removable hopper 1 is attached to the vibration feeder body,
A predetermined amount of powder is supplied to the hopper section 2, and the vibration feeder is operated to fill the powder. When the supply of the predetermined powder or granular material is completed, this removable hopper 1 is removed from the hopper support 10 and discarded, and a new removable hopper is attached, filled with the next type of powder or granular material, and the feeding operation is resumed. Start. By replacing and using the removable hopper for each type of powder or granular material in this manner, it is possible to completely prevent the mixing of the various powder or granular materials.

Although the above embodiments have been described using an electromagnetic vibration feeder, the vibration source does not matter as long as it has a structure that allows the detachable hopper to be attached and detached. Therefore, it is possible to use various types of vibration feeders such as other types of vibration feeders, such as vibration feeders using a piezoelectric element as a vibration source.

[Effects] As explained in detail above, the present invention has a removable structure for the hopper of the vibrating feeder, and the hopper is made of relatively inexpensive materials such as paper and plastics, making it disposable. Since this formula is adopted, it is possible to completely and easily prevent the mixing of other types of powder or granules when supplying powder or granules.
