Problems that the invention aims to solve: In the former case, there is no risk of damage to the goods during loading, unloading, or transportation;
After the goods are transported, they cannot be folded compactly and returned, and moreover, they are expensive.
In addition, in the latter case, after the goods have been transported, they can be easily and compactly folded and returned, reducing costs, but there is a risk that the goods may be damaged during loading, unloading, or transportation. Moreover, since it is cylindrical, there are problems such as dead space being created between containers during transportation, which reduces transportation efficiency.

Effects The effects of the above technical means are as follows.
The locking portions of each hanger are connected with a rope, shape-retaining plates are inserted inside each side of the body of the flexible container bag, and the flexible container bag is assembled into a rectangular tube shape, thereby retaining the shape of the flexible container bag. After that, the article can be stored through the opening and closed, and the article can be transported by closing the opening. Therefore, when loading, unloading, or transporting a transport vehicle, the flexible container bag is kept in a rectangular shape by the shape-retaining plate, hangers, and ropes as described above, so it is difficult to handle items that are easily broken or damaged. Even fragile items can be prevented from being damaged. Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the products are kept in a rectangular shape during transportation, there is no dead space on the transport vehicle, and the products can be loaded in an orderly manner. After transportation, the stored items are discharged from the opening/closing opening. After discharge, the shape-retaining plate is removed from the flexible container bag, the flexible container bag is folded flat, the shape-retaining plates are stacked flat, and the shape-retaining plates can be packed together and sent to one side.

Embodiment Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the flexible container bag 1 is composed of a body 2, a lower lid 3, and openings 4, 5. The flexible container bag 1 is made of a flexible material such as a base cloth woven from synthetic fiber or synthetic resin flat yarn and covered with a synthetic resin film for waterproofing as required. Torso 2
is a rectangular rectangular cylinder, and has a double structure of an outer body part 6 and an inner body part 7.As shown in Fig. 4, the outer and inner rectangular pieces are overlapped, and these rectangular pieces form the square tube. The edges of adjacent outer and inner rectangular pieces are overlapped and sewn together to connect. As shown in FIG. 5, the lower edges of the outer trunk 6 and the inner trunk 7 are overlapped, and the outer edge of the lower lid 3 is overlapped and sewn together to connect the outer trunk 6 and the inner trunk 7 on each side. A space 8 for inserting a shape-retaining plate is formed on almost the entire surface between the inner body part 7 and the inner body part 7. As shown in FIG. 1, the upper part of the outer body part 6 is extended to be longer than the inner body part 7 to form a lid 9, and a tape 10 and a loop serving as a locking part are attached to the lid 9 and the inner body part 7. The base of portion 11 is attached by sewing.
The base peripheral edge of the opening/closing opening (storage opening) 4 is connected to the upper edge of the outer trunk 6 by sewing, and the central part of the closing cord 12 is connected to a part of the upper outer side of the opening/closing opening 4 by sewing. . An opening/closing opening 5 is provided in the center of the lower lid 3. This opening/closing port 5 is an internal opening/closing port (discharge port)
13 and an outer opening 14, the base periphery of the inner opening 13 is connected to the center of the lower lid 3 by sewing, and the outer opening 14 is formed in the center of the lower lid 3 by its extension. has been done. Inner opening/closing port 1
3 is formed into a long cylindrical shape, and the center part of the closing cord 15 is connected to a part of the outer side of the center part by sewing.
A loop-shaped string loop 16 serving as a locking portion is formed at the tip edge of the outer opening/closing opening 14 , a closing string 17 is inserted through the string loop 16 , and the closing string 17 is inserted through a fastener 18 . Belt-shaped hangers 19 are attached by sewing to both sides of each corner of the body 2, approximately parallel to the axis, and the lower side thereof is extended to the lower surface of the lower lid 3 and attached by sewing, and a Loop part 2 which is a locking part
0 is formed. A rope 21 is inserted through and connected to each loop portion 19, and the bottom portion is reinforced. The hangers 19 on both sides of each corner are continuous at the upper part to form a hanger 22.

To use the shipping container constructed in this manner, first, as shown in FIG. 3, the rope 21 is passed through the loop portion 20 of the hanger 19, and the rope 21 is connected to reinforce the bottom portion. Next, attach the shape-retaining plate 23 to each space 8.
The shape-retaining plate 23 is prevented from wobbling by inserting the tape 10 into the loop part 11 and tying it. Next, the opening/closing opening 13 is closed with the closing string 15 and folded inside the opening/closing opening 14, and then the opening/closing opening 13 is closed as shown in FIG.
is closed with a closing string 17. Next, the article is stored through the opening/closing opening 4. After storage, the opening/closing opening 14 is closed with the closing string 12 as shown in FIG. Then, the transportation container containing the article is hung by hanging it by the hanger 22 on the hook of a crane, and loaded onto a transport vehicle. At this time, shape-retaining plates 23 are inserted into each side of the body 2, and the outer surface is reinforced by the tension applied to the hanger 19, and the bottom part is reinforced by the hanger 19 and the rope 21, so that it can be used for transportation. The container is held in a rectangular shape and is placed on the transport vehicle without creating any dead space.
It can be loaded. After transportation, the hanging part 22 is hung on the hook of a crane, etc., and the cargo is unloaded. At this time as well, the shipping container is held in a square shape as described above. Therefore, damage to the stored articles can be prevented not only during transportation but also during loading and unloading.

To discharge the article, the hanging portion 22 is hung on a crane hook or the like. After that, the opening/closing opening 13 is opened by untying the closing string 17 and opening the opening/closing opening 14.
protrudes downward from the opening/closing opening 14 due to the weight of the article. Therefore, by loosening the closing string 15, the opening/closing port 13 opens as shown in FIG. 1, and the article can be discharged.

Note that the opening/closing opening 4.5 may have a configuration other than that in the above embodiment. Further, the shape-retaining plates 23 may be inserted along the inner surface of the body 2 without providing the space 8. In this case, there is a means for holding adjacent shape-retaining plates 23 together using a locking tool or the like. It is preferable to use In addition, the present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from its basic technical concept.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, a hanging hand is attached to both sides of each corner of a flexible container bag having an opening/closing opening and a body formed in the shape of a rectangular tube. is extended to the bottom of the flexible container bag, the locking part at the tip of this extension is connected with a rope, and shape-retaining plates are removably inserted along the inside of each side of the body of the flexible container bag to form corners. I try to put them together in a cylindrical shape. Therefore, the shape of the whole can be maintained in a square shape by the rope connecting the shape-retaining plate, the hanger, and the locking part of the hanger, and the square shape can be maintained not only during transportation but also during loading and unloading. It is possible to prevent the stored articles from being damaged, and it is particularly useful when used for transporting fragile articles. Furthermore, since the product can be kept in a rectangular shape as described above, it is possible to eliminate dead space when loading onto a transport vehicle, thereby improving transportation efficiency. In addition, after transportation, by removing the shape-retaining plates, the flexible container bag can be folded flat, and the shape-retaining plates can be stacked flat to make a compact package, which can be done easily and quickly. . Furthermore, the structure is simple and costs can be reduced.
