(Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a device for automatically attaching money tags to a band-shaped body (hereinafter referred to as a binding hoop) in which vertical wire rod coils are tied together in a wire finishing line. (Prior art) As shown in Figure 4, the wire rod manufacturing process at a steelworks involves taking steel billets for wire rods from a billet storage area, charging them into a heating furnace, heating them to a predetermined temperature, and then extracting them. The wire rods are rolled into wire rods, bundled into coils, inspected, sorted by grade, and transported to a coil storage area. Figure 5 shows an example of the layout of a wire rod factory, where 14 is a heating furnace, 15 is a rolling line, 16 is a convergence line, 17 is an inspection line, 18 is a reprocessing line, 19 is a bundling line, and 20 is a sorting section. It is.
The steel material taken out from the heating furnace 14 is rolled in a rolling line 15 installed in multiple rows, focused into individual coils in a focusing line 16, and then transported to an inspection line 17 along a conveying line, where it is reprocessed. Coils that are judged to be good are immediately transported to the binding line 19 via the reprocessing line 18, and coils that are judged to be good are immediately transported to the binding line 19, bundled through one of the multiple binding lines, and sorted. Transported to Department 20. It is on the coil conveyance line 22 after bundling that the gold tags with ratings displayed (namely, gold tag selection and stamping) in the above manufacturing process are attached to the coil binding hoops with wires. The conventional method for attaching gold tags is to manually twist the wire using a jig, as shown in Figure 3C. Since the tags are attached on the conveyor line, there are concerns about workers colliding with objects being transported or accidents caused by the heat of the coils (up to 200 degrees Celsius). Furthermore, since the installation work is done manually, it is necessary to secure the necessary personnel. Conventionally, the following devices have been used to solve the above problems. One of them is an automatic mounting device using welding, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-12540. This is a method of attaching gold tags to binding hoops by spot welding. There are also pinning devices as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-3530 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-1345. This is a device that provides a hole for attaching gold bills to a binding hoop, and inserts a pin into this hole. (Problems that the invention aims to solve) Problems with the conventional technology as described above include: In the automatic welding device, the tag is attached to the binding hoop by spot welding, so welding sparks can scatter to the coil and cause defects. Become. As an improvement plan, it is possible to install a scattering prevention device, but
Since it is completely fixed, there is no play, and when the coils are stacked, the coil and the gold plate come into contact with each other.
There is a high possibility that the coil will be damaged. Since the pinning device is also completely fixed, flaws occur in the coil as described above. Furthermore, there are other methods such as glueing or crimping by deforming a part of the bill, but these are also fixed and do not solve the above problem. For the above reasons, it has been determined that at this stage it is best to attach the gold tags manually or automatically with wire. Furthermore, as mentioned above, there is a desire for a device that automatically attaches money bills from the standpoint of safety. (Means for solving the problem) This invention is based on a mechanism that provides a gap between the wire coil and the binding hoop to prevent the coil from being damaged before attaching the tag, and a coil holding mechanism required at this time. A wire guiding mechanism necessary for tightening the wire, a mechanism for cutting the wire at the same time after guiding the wire, a mechanism for clamping and twisting the tip of the wire, etc. are combined to fully automatically attach the gold tag to the center of the wire binding hoop. It is in. That is, a wire guiding mechanism 23 consisting of a first guiding guide 23a on the right side and a second guiding guide 23b in front is arranged opposite to the gold plate 7 at a predetermined location of a strip 1 made up of vertical wire coils. A band pulling mechanism 24 and a coil holding mechanism 25 are arranged above the two-guidance guide 23b, and a wire twisting mechanism 26 is arranged below, which are integrated with the pedestal 21. This is a wire coil money tag attaching device characterized in that it is provided so that a wire can pass through it with a strip 1 sandwiched therebetween. Next, the structure of the present invention will be illustrated in detail with reference to FIG. 1, which shows the present invention. FIG. 1 shows an apparatus according to the present invention for binding vertical wire coils 2 with a binding hoop 1 and then attaching a gold tag 7 to the hoop. Guides 9a and 9b in the first guiding guide 23a attached to the pedestal 21 on the right side facing the gold tag 7, wire cutters 10a and 10b, feed rollers 12a and 12b, and wire drums 11a and 11b.
Two sets are arranged one above the other in sequence. Note that these steps can also be carried out in one set. 9 in the first guiding guide 23a which is driven by an air cylinder etc. and is movable.
The a,9b guides are hollow to guide the wire therein. And the tip is a binding hoop 1,
It moves so that it is always located at the position of the hole that penetrates the gold bill 7. The wire cutters 10a and 10b cut the wire 1
The cutter is placed in a position where it can always cut 3a and 13b into a constant length, and the cutter is operated by an air cylinder. Feed rollers 12a and 12b driven by an air motor or the like sandwich and guide wires 13a and 13b from both sides. Wire drums 11a, 11b
The second guiding guide 23 has a wire wrapped around it and rotates as needed to send out the wire for attaching the gold tag.Meanwhile, the second guiding guide 23 is driven by an air cylinder or the like and is movable.
Two sets of upper and lower guides 5a and 5b in b are arranged on the left side of the bill, and the ends thereof are attached to a pedestal 21. 5a, 5b in the second guidance guide 23b
Second feed rollers 8a and 8b driven by an air motor are provided at the corners of the guide to smoothly feed the wire. A pulling mechanism 24 for the binding hoop 1 is placed above the second guiding guide.
and a mechanism 25 for holding down the wire coil, and the ends of each drive section are mounted on a pedestal 21. The tip ends 4a and 4b of the pulling mechanism 24 are configured to clamp the binding hoop 1, and the wire coil holding mechanism 2
The tip portions 3a, 3b of 5 have a shape that follows the body of the wire coil as shown in the figure. There is a wire twisting mechanism 26 below the gold tag, and the drive end of the mechanism 26 is also attached to the pedestal 21. With the device configuration as described above, the operation of attaching the gold tag is operated by an operation panel (not shown). (Function) The function of the above device is described below. In order to attach the gold tag 7 to the binding hoop 1 of the wire coil 2, each device is placed at a position away from the wire coil 2 so that the wire coil 2 is not damaged. First, in order to create a gap of about 20 mm between the wire coil 2 and the binding hoop 1, the hoop 1 is sandwiched between the tips 4a and 4b of the binding hoop pulling mechanism 24 and pulled forward by the action of an air cylinder. At this time, wire coil 2
The tip 3 of the coil holding mechanism 25 to prevent the coil from moving.
Hold the coil in place with a and 3b. Next, in order to pass the wires 13a, 13b through the engraved money bill 7, the wires 9a, 9b in the first guiding guide 23a
5a, 5b in the guide and the second guiding guide 23b
The guide is moved to the attachment position of the binding hoop 1. And gold bill 7, first and second in the hole of the hoop.
Set the tip of the guidance guide. Therefore, the wire 1 is removed from the wire drums 11a and 11b.
3a, 13b, first feed rollers 12a, 12b, second feed rollers 8a, 8
The wires 13a and 13b are guided through the holes in the bill 7 and the binding hoop 1, and their tips are guided to the first guide through the second guide. When the above guidance is completed, wire cutter 10
a and 10b move vertically to cut the wire. In order to carry out these guidances smoothly and at high speed, it is preferable to use cylinders to drive each device. Now, when the cutting of the wire is completed, the wire twisting mechanism 26 is perpendicular to the binding hoop 1 (e-f).
, the tips of the wires 13a and 13b are clamped and twisted several times to fix the gold note to the binding hoop. The wire twisting mechanism then retreats and returns to a predetermined position, and at the same time, the respective induction guides, pulling mechanism, coil holding mechanism, etc. return to their predetermined positions in preparation for the next operation.
