【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は筆記具のレフイール用尾栓に関するも
のである。

水性インキを使用するボールペンのレフイール
は、その内部に水性インキを吸蔵した中綿を収容
しており、筆記に際してはこのインキがペン体に
伝達されて消費されるが、このインキ消費量に見
合つた空気がレフイール内に入つてインキと置換
される。このため、レフイールには通気孔が設け
られるが、通常はこの通気孔はレフイールの先端
近傍に設けられる。これは、キヤツプを被嵌して
衣服のポケツトに装着したときに、ペン体が上向
き姿勢となるため、通気孔を中綿より上方にして
インキが通気孔より流出しないようにするためで
ある。これに対して、キヤツプレスのノツク式筆
記具にレフイールを使用するときは、ポケトに装
着したときにペン体が下向き姿勢となるために、
通気孔を先端部に設けたのでは、これよりインキ
が流出してしまうので尾端部に設ける必要があ
る。そして、尾端部には中綿が収容されているの
で、先端部と異なつてレフイールの尾端部に直接
通気孔を穿孔したのではこれよりインキが簡単に
流出してしまう。また、筆記具本体の軸筒内面と
レフイール本体外面との間隙はわずかであり、も
しレフイール本体側面に通気孔を設けて、この通
気孔の出口よりインキが少しでも出るとこのイン
キが軸筒内面に付着してこれが筆記具本体の外面
