Claims (1)
つてバルブの切換動作を行うと共に、バルブ本体
内には流入口と流出口との間を連通する上部のバ
ルブ穴と、流出口とドレン抜き口との間を連通す
る下部のバルブ穴とが上下対向状に設けられ、か
つ、前記ピストンに連結されたバルブステムの下
端にはその先端部にねじ部を備えた小径部が形成
され、該小径部に対して前記両バルブ穴の開閉を
行う弁体と、ガイドワツシヤとを順次装着し、こ
れ等をねじ部に対して螺合させたナツトの締め付
けによつて交換可能な状態に取り付けられたピス
トンバルブであつて、 前記ガイドワツシヤをジルコニア系のセラミツ
クス素材で形成したことを特徴とするピストンバ
ルブ。 (2) 空気圧を利用したピストンの押動作用によ
つてバルブの切換動作を行うと共に、バルブ本体
内には流入口と流出口との間を連通する上部のバ
ルブ穴と、流出口とドレン抜き口との間を連通す
る下部のバルブ穴とが上下対向状に設けられ、か
つ、前記ピストンに連結されたバルブステムの下
端にはその先端部にねじ部を備えた小径部が形成
され、該小径部に対して前記両バルブ穴の開閉を
行う弁体と、ガイドワツシヤとを順次装着し、こ
れ等をねじ部に対して螺合させたナツトの締め付
けによつて交換可能な状態に取り付けられたピス
トンバルブであつて、 前記下部のバルブ穴を有するバルブシート部分
をジルコニア系のセラミツクス素材で形成したこ
