(Prior Art) This type of conventional electric caulking gun uses a rotary electric motor as described in, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 147271/1982, and moves the rod forward and backward through the electric motor through a gear mechanism. A structure in which a pressure-feeding plate is moved, or a structure in which a pump operated by an electric motor is used as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-222249 has been adopted.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since the conventional electric caulking gun described above uses a rotating electric motor as its driving source, it inevitably requires a deceleration mechanism, resulting in a large overall size and heavy weight. Because most of the work involves working at heights,
It was a one-handed operation, and operating a large and heavy caulking gun was extremely tiring and inefficient.

(Function) In the electric caulking gun of the present invention, the attracted part 14, which is pivotally attached by applying a force bias by intermittently energizing the electromagnetic drive part 12, is reciprocated by the magnetic flux of the electromagnetic drive part 12. , this attracted part 1
The drive spring member 15 is reciprocated by the reciprocating motion of step 4, and the rod 5 is moved forward by being engaged with the drive spring member 15, so that the agent to be pressure-fed, such as caulking agent, stored in the pressure-feed casing 1 is pressured from the nozzle 2. Let it come out. Further, the conversion mechanism 20 is switched between the drive spring member 15 and the detent spring member 18.
By switching the inclination of the rod 5, the direction of engagement and movement between the drive spring member 15 and the rod 5 is changed, and after the pressurized agent is pushed out, the rod 5 is moved back by the switching operation of the conversion mechanism 20, thereby preventing dripping and leakage of the pressurized agent. Prevented.

First, the rod 5 is moved back using the puller 25, and the agent to be pumped is filled into the pumping casing 1 either directly or via a cartridge. Next, the nozzle 2 is attached to the pressure feeding casing 1. In this state, the knob 23 of the conversion mechanism 20 is operated to rotate the cam 21 via the rotating shaft 22, and the free ends of the drive spring member 15 and the detent spring member 18 are connected to the puller 25 as shown in FIG. Tilt it to the side and set the rod 5 to forward mode. Next, when the switch 26 is closed, the battery voltage is intermittently applied to the electromagnetic coil 10 of the electromagnetic drive unit 12 via the oscillator circuit, and high magnetic flux is intermittently generated from the ferrite magnet 11, causing the holding cylinder 8 to generate a high magnetic flux. The attracted part 14 is attracted toward the electromagnetic drive part 12 through the magnetic circuit, and is returned by the leaf spring 13, so that the attracted part 14 is reciprocated. Due to this reciprocating rocking of the attracted part 14, the drive spring member 15 also reciprocates around the rocking fulcrum of the attracted part 14 with a force bias applied thereto. With the rod 5 engaged with the upper edge of the locking insertion hole 16, the rod 5 is advanced, and when the attracted part 14 returns, the locking insertion hole 1 of the drive spring member 15 is moved.
6 is disengaged from the rod 5, and during this returning operation, the rod 5 is held in the advanced position by the engagement between the locking insertion hole 19 of the detent spring member 18 and the rod 5, and the reciprocating movement of the attracted part 14 is prevented. As a result, the rods 5 are advanced in sequence, and as the rods 5 advance, the pressure-feeding plate 7 forces out the agent to be pressure-fed filled in the pressure-feeding casing 1 from the nozzle 2.

As shown in the figure, when the free ends of the drive spring member 15 and the detent spring member 18 are tilted toward the opposite side of the pressure-feeding casing 1, the attracted part 14 swings back and forth due to the excitation action of the electromagnetic drive part 12. When retracting, the rod 5 is retracted by engagement with the upper edge of the locking insertion hole 16 of the drive spring member 15, and when the attracted part 14 advances, the detent spring member 1
At 8, the rod 5 is not moved forward but is stopped, and the rod 5 is retracted to prevent the pressurized agent from dripping and leaking from the nozzle 2. Then, by opening the switch 26, the electromagnetic drive unit 12
stops working.

In the above embodiment, the electromagnetic drive section 12 is composed of the electromagnetic coil 10 and the ferrite magnet 11, so that the magnetic force of the ferrite magnet 11 is stored in vibrations etc. in the form of correction of the force bias of the attracted section 14. Because of the resonance drive applied to the electromagnetic coil 10, the driving force extracted by the resonance current can reliably press out even a highly viscous agent to be pumped, but the present invention is not limited to this.
In the case of an AC power source, as shown in FIG. 5, a laminated iron core 11a is used instead of the ferrite magnet 11.
The adsorbed portion 14 may also be constituted by the laminated core 14a.

According to the present invention, the rod can be advanced linearly by the intermittent suction force of the electromagnetic drive unit, and the agent to be pumped filled in the pumping casing can be pushed out, and the structure can be simple, lightweight, and compact, and it is particularly high-performance. Even in office work, there is less fatigue and work efficiency can be increased. Furthermore, since the mechanism for moving the rod forward and backward is composed of a drive spring member, a detent spring member, and a conversion mechanism, the structure is simple and the moving direction of the rod can be easily changed, thereby preventing dripping and leakage from the nozzle. This can be easily prevented.
