Function: This device is usually stored in the freezer. To obtain drinking water in which the powder layer 4 is dissolved, remove the lid 13 and pour room temperature water 14 through the upper opening 1 of the cup 2 as shown in FIG. The room-temperature water 14 accumulated in the water injection space 12 located in the water injection space 12 quickly enters the fine ice layer 9 and flows down, melting the moisture absorption layer 8 frozen over the entire surface, and further flows down into the powder layer 4. The color of the powdered juices and powdered beverages develops when they soak in the liquid. Therefore, when the water surface 15 of the room temperature water 14 poured into the upper opening 1 of the cup body 2 comes close to the upper opening edge 11 of the cup body 2, the water injection is stopped and stirred with a separately prepared spoon or the like, as shown in Fig. 5. As shown in the figure, a cold beverage 18 can be obtained in which fine ice 16 forming a thin ice layer 9, powder 17 forming a powder layer 14, and room temperature water 14 are mixed.
8 can be served as a cold beverage.

Embodiment An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. A water-impermeable and air-impermeable cup body 2 having an upper opening 1 and made of foamed polystyrene, polystyrene, vinyl chloride, paper, etc. is formed. Powdered juices and powdered drinks are stored in the lower part of the storage chamber 3 of the cup body 2 to form a powder layer body 4, and a peripheral edge 6 is formed on the top surface 5 of the powder layer body 4.
A moisture-absorbing layer 8 is formed in close contact with the inner circumferential surface 7 of the ice cap, and is non-porous and frozen over the entire surface.Fine ice such as powdered ice or grain ice is stored and laminated on top of the moisture-absorbing layer 8 to form a fine ice laminate. 9
The surface portion 10 of the fine ice layered body 9 is located slightly below the upper opening edge 11 of the cup body 2 to form a water injection receiving space 12 at the upper part of the fine ice layered body 9,
Moreover, the top opening 1 of the cup body 2 is closed via a lid body 13. Furthermore, the interval between the surface portion 10 of the thin ice layer 9 and the upper opening edge 11 of the cup body 2 is set at a distance of about 10 to 15 mm to prevent the room temperature water 14 from overflowing from the cup body 2 when pouring water. .

Although the fine ice 16 can be either powdered ice or grained ice, the fine ice shown is grained ice, which has numerous ventilation gaps that continue from the surface 10 of the fine ice stack 9 to the moisture absorption layer 8. 19, and when water is poured, the room temperature water supplied to the ventilation gap 19 immediately enters and flows down to dissolve the moisture absorption layer 8, and the infiltrated water that flows down further dissolves the powder layer 4 and the dissolved powder is separated. ventilation gap 1
9, it floats on the thin ice stack 9 and you can enjoy the change in color. Also moisture absorbing layer 8
As a result of experiments, by forming the powder layer 4 to a thickness of about 2 mm, it is possible to quickly dissolve the powder layer 4 when water is injected, promoting the dissolution of the powder layer 4, and keeping the powder layer 4 in a sealed state with the cup body 2 and the non-breathable moisture absorbing layer 8. The powder layer 4 can be stored for a long time without deteriorating its quality because it is stored dry at a low temperature.

Effects of the invention This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, in which a water-impermeable, air-impermeable cup body 2 is formed of foamed polystyrene, polystyrene, vinyl chloride, paper material, etc. with an upper opening 1, and the cup body 2 is Powdered juices and powdered drinks are stored in the lower part of the storage chamber 3 of the cup body 2 to form a powder layer body 4, and a peripheral edge 6 is formed on the upper surface 5 of the powder layer body 4 inside the cup body 2. A moisture-absorbing layer 8 is formed in close contact with the circumferential surface 7 and is non-porous and frozen over the entire surface, and fine ice such as powdered ice or grain ice is stored and stacked on top of the moisture-absorbing layer 8 to form a fine ice stack 9. The surface portion 10 of the fine ice layered body 9 is located slightly below the upper opening edge 11 of the cup body 2 to form a water injection receiving space 12 at the upper part of the fine ice layered body 9.
Since the upper opening 1 of the cup body 2 is closed via the lid 13, it is normally stored in the freezer, but when serving a beverage, the lid 13 is removed and the upper opening 1 of the cup body 2 is closed. Add room temperature water 14 to 4
When poured as shown in the figure, room temperature water 14 accumulates in the water injection space 12 located at the top of the thin ice stack 9.
When it quickly flows down into the fine ice layer 9 and melts the moisture absorption layer 8, and further flows down and into the powder layer 4, the color of the powdered juices and powdered beverages develops. Therefore, the room temperature water 14 injected from the upper opening 1 of the cup body 2 does not enter the thin ice stack 9 and flow down, and the water injection is stopped when the water surface 15 reaches near the upper opening edge 11 of the cup body 2. By stirring with a separately prepared spoon or the like, it is possible to obtain a cold beverage 18 in which fine ice 16 forming a thin ice stack 9, powder 17, and room temperature water 14 are mixed, as shown in FIG. , this beverage food 18 can be served as a cold beverage. Therefore, this device, which is stored in a freezer at a food store, can be purchased and stored in a home freezer for a long period of time, and when desired, room temperature water 14 can be injected and served as a cold drink. This is extremely convenient.

Furthermore, although the powder layer 4 is kept in an airtight state by the non-breathable moisture absorption layer 8 which is continuously frozen over the entire surface of the cup body 2 and stored for a long period of time, the powder layer 4 is stored dry at a low temperature. It is economical because it can be stored hygienically for a long time without deteriorating quality.
