Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は電動機により刈刃を回転させるように
した電動芝刈機に関するものである。

〈従来の技術〉 電動芝刈機は、その電動機を冷却しなければな
らないと同時に、刈り取つた芝を周囲に撒き散ら
すことなく集草容器等に送り出せるようにするこ
とが望ましい。

しかし乍ら、電動機を冷すには比較的大量の風

器内に送り込むには比較的少量の風の方が良いた
め、電動機を冷すのに必要な大量の風をそのまま
集草用の風に使用することが難しかつた。即ち、
電動機を冷すのに必要な大量の風をそのまま集草
用の風に使用すると、集草容器内に入る風が強過
ぎて集草容器内で反転して取り入れ口から出て行
くため、刈り取つた芝を集草容器内に効率良く送
り込むことが出来なくなつてしまい、集草用の風
を少なくすると電動機を十分に冷すことが出来な
くなつてしまう不具合を生じるのである。又、電
動機を覆う機枠の上部に冷却用の通風口を開口す
れば、冷却用の風量は少しで済むが、すると芝刈
機本体の機枠とは別体に成形しなければならず、
コスト高になると共に、その冷却用通風口から雨
水が浸入しないようにシール構造を設けなければ
ならなくなる不具合を生じる。

〈考案が解決しようとする問題点〉 本考案はこの様な従来の不具合に鑑みてなされ
たものであり、電動機を冷すのに必要な風量を少
なくすることなく、しかもその風を集草用の風に
使用して刈り取つた芝を効率良く集草容器内に送
り込むことが出来、尚且つその構成が簡単な電動
芝刈機を提供せんとするものである。

〈問題点を解決するための手段〉 係る目的を達成する本考案電動芝刈機は、機枠

置し、該フアンケースの吹出口を機枠下面に設置
した刈刃の前方に臨ませると共に、該吹出口に邪
魔板を上下移動自在に取付けてなる事を特徴とし
たものである。

草容器10内へ導くためのガイド路11を一体的
に形成してなる。

移動することによつて刈刃5へ向つて吹き出す風
量を調整する。即ち、湿つた芝や長い芝を刈り取
る場合には邪魔板15をやや上方へ移動させるこ
とにより、刈刃5へ向つて吹き出す風量が少し多
目になり、乾いた軽い芝を刈り取る場合には邪魔
板15をやや下方へ移動させることにより、刈刃
5へ向つて吹き出す風量が少なくなる分である。
尚、吹出口14の邪魔板15の上方から吹き出す
風は機枠1の内壁1a等に衝突して霧散してしま
う。そして、フアンケース4の吹出口14から吹
き出た集草用風によつて刈り取られた芝は機枠1
のガイド路11を通つて集草容器10内に送り込
まれる。

機を冷すのに必要な風量を発生させ電動機の過熱
を防止できると同時に、電動機を冷すのに必要な
風量を少なくすることなくその風を集草用の風に
使用することが出来る。即ち、電動機を冷すのに
必要な風量を変えることなく、刈刃方へ向う集草
用の風量を調整して刈り取つた芝を効率良く集草
容器内に送り込むことが出来る。
