鍔部外周縁よりも外側近傍に位置して前記傾斜姿
勢の鍔部外周縁位置よりも下方まで延長垂下さ
れ、鍔部外周縁部位を囲繞するよう覆つて横方か
らの水を遮る覆蓋部とを設けたことを特徴とする
