【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、プロ料理人の庖丁を収納するに適し

金属部分を磁力により密着させるようにしたもの

束されているので、多数の庖丁を収納しても携帯
中に庖丁の刃の部分が互いに触れ合うことがな
く、刃コボレが生じることがない。従つて、多数
の庖丁を整然と収納することができる。また、刃
の部分はマグネツトにより吸着されるので、長さ
の異なる庖丁を容易に固定できると共に、刃の部
分を錆どめ用の油紙などに包んだまゝでも収納す
ることができる。ベルトは柄の部分のみを拘束す
るようになつているので、刃の部分によつてベル

で、現場ですぐに使用する場合にも極めて便利で
重宝なもので、その実用的価値は優れたものがあ

であつて、 カバン本体と、前記本体に開閉自在に枢着され
本体と協働して密閉収納室を形成する蓋と、本体
と蓋とを互いに錠止め可能な錠止め機構と、カバ
ンを懸垂するためのハンドルとを備え、 前記収納室内に配置したマグネツトにより庖丁
の金属部分を平らに吸着固定し、留め具により庖
丁の柄の部分を拘束するようにしたことを特徴と
