Claims (1)
- 弁本体の上部開口に中間カバーとダイアフラム
を有し、該弁本体の内部弁室に円錐台形弁体を備
え、前記中間カバーの下部大径部は前記弁本体の
上部開口に同心的に嵌合して、弁座とステムおよ
び弁体の中心を一致させ、前記ダイアフラムは前
記中間カバーの下部大径部の下面と前記弁室の上
部との間に配設された前記弁本体の開口より小径
の保持板に保持されたダイアフラム弁。
