ないという欠点があつた。 Generally, to compost organic sludge such as sewage, the dehydrated cake of organic sludge and the returned compost are mixed and granulated using a mixing granulator, and then the granulated sludge is put into a fermentation tank and fermented. A compost pre-processing device is being adopted. However, in conventional compost pretreatment equipment,
While the dewatering case and returned compost are stirred and mixed in the mixer and granulator, they are heated to 40 to 60℃ due to frictional heat, so the temperature of the granulated sludge drained from the mixer and granulator is high. When this is cooled by the outside air, condensed water adheres to the surface of the granulated sludge, so if this is directly put into the fermenter, the strength of the granulated sludge will weaken and it will crumble and solidify, improving fermentation efficiency. The disadvantage was that it was not possible to obtain high-quality compost.

るものである。 The present invention was proposed in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method, and the dehydrated cake and returned compost are mixed and granulated using a mixing granulator, and then the granulated sludge is put into a fermentation tank. In the compost pretreatment device, a belt for transferring the granulated sludge discharged from the mixing granulator is installed in the conveyor case, and exhaust gas in the fermenter is supplied into the conveyor case via the exhaust gas supply path. This allows the granulated sludge to be sufficiently dried while being transferred by a belt before being introduced into the fermentation tank. There is no need to install a separate dryer, and the exhaust gas in the fermentation tank can be used effectively. The present invention aims to provide a compost pretreatment device that can promote fermentation with equipment, stabilize fermentation efficiency, and obtain high-quality compost.

ることができる。 Since the compost pretreatment device of the present invention is configured as described above, the granulated sludge discharged from the mixing granulator is processed by the high-temperature exhaust gas in the fermenter supplied via the exhaust gas supply path. Since the sludge is heated and sufficiently dried before being put into the fermentation tank, fermentation is promoted instead of condensed water adhering to the surface of the granulated sludge and causing it to crumble in the fermentation tank, as in the case of conventional methods. At the same time, fermentation efficiency is stabilized and high-quality compost can be obtained.
