本考案は、油圧シヨベル製品の転輪シリンダ・
産業用一般機械に適用される機内のオイル中に浮
遊する鉄粉を吸着する吸着装置に関するものであ

ず、そのためオイルの潤滑性能・オイルシールの
シール性能等を劣化させていたという問題点を有

フトが鋼製であるため、逆にこれらに磁石が吸着
されてしまうことのないよう、また一担吸着した
オイル中の鉄粉を逃がさないようにしなければな

(考案の効果)
以上、詳しく説明した如く本考案によると、オ
イル中に浮遊した鉄粉を、球殻内に吸着させるた
めオイルを清浄に保つことができる。これによ
り、シヤフト摺動部の摩耗を減じ、オイルシール
のシール面の損傷を防止できる。また、この為に
部品の寿命を長く保つことができるようになる。
そして、オイル交換を要する部品では交換のイン
ターバルが長くすることができるため、機器の維
