３ 考案の効果 本考案はこのように、はさみ状に相対する刀部

る皮むき器であるため、抑え刃部による確実な抑
止支持と切刃部による円滑な切り込みによつて硬
い表皮を有する栗皮のようなものであつても、そ
の鬼皮部分と渋皮部分とを迅速かつ確実にむき取
ることができるようになり、従来困難であつた栗
の皮むきが簡単にできるようになり、また替刃式
であれば切刃部を研ぐことなく長時間にわたり使
用することができるようになり、その実用的効果
は大きいものである。3.
