Print the transfer material on the surface using solvent-based screen ink only on the areas where you want to transfer the transfer material, then transfer the transfer material from above using a hot roll to transfer only on the areas where the ink is present and the areas where the polycarbonate is exposed. It is known that it is left as is. And this kind of plastic sheet is
It is used for various purposes such as dials of electrical equipment. However, in this case, if a plastic sheet with a low softening point, such as a PVC sheet, PS sheet, or acrylic sheet, is used, the heat and pressure during transfer will cause the transparency to be impaired and the sheet to become muddy.
Furthermore, when the base material of the transfer material is, for example, a hairline-like uneven film, there is a drawback that traces of the hairline-like unevenness are left on the PVC sheet or the like. This invention obviates such drawbacks.

プラスチツクシートである。(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention provides a resin coating with good adhesiveness on the parts of the surface of a transparent plastic sheet with a low softening point that require transfer, and coats the surfaces of a transparent plastic sheet with a low softening point on the parts that do not require transfer. provides a transparent cured coating film using a curing type paint, then transfers a transfer material onto the coating film using a hot roll, etc., and then peels off the transfer material to transfer only onto the resin coating film. It is a decorative plastic sheet in which the cured coating is left exposed.

Specifically, it refers to materials whose maximum operating temperature is 110°C or lower, such as PVC sheets, PS sheets, acrylic sheets, polyethylene sheets, etc. Therefore, materials such as polycarbonate sheets and polyester sheets have very high softening points and have a maximum operating temperature.
Items that exceed 130℃ are excluded.

Examples of the transfer material include a material in which a base material, a release layer, a protective layer, a metal vapor deposited layer, and an adhesive layer are laminated in this order.

Therefore, if you peel off the transfer material after transferring with a hot roll, etc., it will be transferred only to the resin coating.
The cured coating remains exposed.

It is possible to maintain a clear and transparent state without losing its properties. Furthermore, even if the base material of the transfer material is, for example, a hairline-like uneven film,
Due to the presence of the cured coating film, there is no possibility that hairline-like unevenness marks will be left on the transparent plastic sheet. Furthermore, the presence of the cured coating prevents the entire transparent plastic sheet from warping due to heat during transfer.

In addition, without this resin coating, the edges of the transferred area would not only be unclear, but also would not adhere completely due to the difference in level, but by providing a resin coating, this problem is eliminated. Edges also adhere completely. Furthermore, since the resin coating film has good adhesive properties, the adhesion of the transfer material can be sufficiently maintained.
