[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) This invention is a double-wing insert file sheet into which, when a file is opened to form a two-page spread state, a document having approximately the same size as the entire size of the two-page spread state can be inserted. This invention relates to a new manufacturing method.

(Prior art) For example, the file sheet that can be inserted into both wings is
59-53981, and as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the lateral length of the large synthetic resin mount sheet 1 is slightly shorter than the lateral length, and the longitudinal length of the mount sheet 1. Two wing sheets 2 and 3 made of transparent thin synthetic resin having the same length in the vertical direction,
It is formed by folding it in half in the transverse direction, placing it over the mount sheet 1 from both sides of the mount sheet 1, and welding 4 only the top and bottom edges.

This double wing insertion file sheet has a gap 5 formed between both wing sheets 2 and 3, so when a file is created by stacking many of these file sheets, it is possible to insert a document half the size of the file sheet. Of course, it is possible to file files, and it is convenient because documents of the same size as the file sheet can also be inserted and filed.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) As mentioned above, this double-wing insert file is convenient, but when manufacturing the file sheet, the double-wing sheet is cut to match the size of the mount sheet 1, and the double-wing insert file is convenient. The method of folding each sheet in half and covering and welding them onto the mount sheet 1 has the problem that the manufacturing stage is time-consuming, inefficient, and cannot be produced automatically.

(Means for Solving the Problem) For this purpose, in the present invention, the continuous sheet for the mount sheet and the continuous sheet for the wing sheets having a width approximately twice the width of the continuous sheet for the mount sheet are positioned vertically and fed out. In the process of transferring and during the transfer of both continuous sheets, the continuous sheet for both wing sheets is transferred to the continuous sheet for mount sheet so that both side edges of the continuous sheet for both wing sheets are opposed along the center line of the continuous sheet for mount sheet. During the transport of both of these continuous sheets in the covered state, the step of curving the continuous sheet for the mount sheet so that the cross section becomes arch-shaped, and also during the transport of both of the continuous sheets in the covered state, It is characterized by comprising a step of cutting out the center portions of both sides of the continuous sheet for both wing sheets with a cutter, and a seal cutting step of sealing and cutting both continuous sheets at regular intervals after that, and further It is also characterized in that it includes a step of curving the continuous sheet for mount sheet so that the cross section thereof becomes arched during the transfer of both continuous sheets in the covered state.

In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a continuous sheet for the mount sheet, which is sent out from the roll 10. Reference numeral 12 denotes a continuous sheet for both wing sheets having a width approximately twice the width of the continuous sheet 11 for mount sheet, and is sent out from the roll 13 and transported. These rolls 10 and 13 are positioned above and below, and both continuous sheets 11 and 12
Both are guided by guide rollers 14 and transported. During this transfer, the respective continuous sheets are aligned so that their center lines coincide with each other.

In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a guide member for folding the continuous sheet 12 for both wing sheets along the edge of the continuous sheet 11 for mount sheet, and by this bending, the continuous sheet 12 for both wing sheets is covered with the continuous sheet 11 for mount sheet. . Through this coating process, both side edges 16, 16 of the continuous sheet 12 for both wing sheets are made to face each other along the center line (not shown) of the continuous sheet 11 for the mount sheet. Of course, these side edges do not necessarily need to be opposed to each other, and may be arranged so that they overlap to some extent.

Guide rollers 17 and 18 guide the conveyance of both of the continuous sheets in a covered state, and between the guide rollers 17 and 18, the continuous sheet 11 for mount sheet is curved so that its cross section becomes arched. Immediately, a slightly arched holding piece 19 is fixed to the tip of a support rod 21 fixed to an immovable frame 20, and this holding piece 19 holds down the continuous sheet 11 for the mount sheet. In this way, the continuous sheet 12 for both wing sheets is reliably bent along the edge of the continuous sheet for mount sheet, and no gap is created between the folded portion and the edge of the continuous sheet for mount sheet.

Reference numerals 22 and 22 are driving rollers that pull and transport both continuous sheets between them, and a cutter portion 23 is disposed between this driving roller 22 and the guide roller 18. That is, the cutter portion 23 cuts the central portions of both sides of the continuous sheet 12 for both wing sheets.

Details of this cutter portion 23 are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. That is, the bicontinuous sheet 11 to be transported,
A pair of cutters 24, 24 are fixed to immovable parts 20, 20 located above and below 12, respectively, and a pair of cutters 24, 24 are fixed at the tips of each cutter 24, 24, interposed between the continuous sheet 11 for mount sheet and the continuous sheet 12 for both wing sheets. However, guide pieces 25, 25 are attached to guide these sheets at a slight distance. The distance between the pair of cutters 24, 24 is made equal to the gap 5 between the file sheets shown in FIG. Therefore, in this cutter portion, the center portions of the continuous sheets for both wing sheets coated on the upper and lower sides of the continuous sheet for mount sheet 11 are cut off and removed as the cutting tape 27.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, in the method of the present invention, in the process of conveying the continuous sheet for the backing sheet and the continuous sheet for both wing sheets in a continuous state, the continuous sheet for both wing sheets is coated on the continuous sheet for the backing sheet. During transportation in this coated state, the continuous sheet for the mount sheet is bent so that the cross section becomes arch-shaped, and the center portions of both sides of the continuous sheet for both wing sheets are cut off, and then this continuous sheet is removed at regular intervals. Since it is sealed and cut, it has the effect that both wing insertion file sheets can be manufactured continuously and automatically with high efficiency.

Since we have created a process in which the continuous sheet for the mount sheet has a bow-shaped cross section, it is possible to create a product in which the folding position of both wing sheets accurately matches the edge of the mount sheet, especially when the mount sheet is a colored sheet. This has the effect of making it clear that the dimensional accuracy is high.
