図に於いて、１は車両、２は位置センサ、３は
ビデオカメラ、４はレンズ、１１は画像処理装置
、１２はアイリス判定部、１３は平均回路、１４
は光センサ、１５は加算回路である。なお、各図
中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

ながる画像処理装置と、上記レンズと上記画像処
理装置とにつながるアイリス判定部とから構成さ
れ、上記車両のナンバプレートを認識するナンバ
プレート認識装置に於いて、上記アイリス判定部
と上記画像処理装置とにつながる平均回路を付加
