【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案はダイカスト鋳造等に使用される金型を
冷却するために、金型に開口形成した冷却穴内に
設置して冷却穴内に冷却水を循環供給するための
金型冷却用パイプに関するものである。

そこで従来のこの種冷却用パイプは、第1図及
び第2図に示す如く、冷却水の往路イを構成する
内側パイプbと冷却水の復路口を構成する外側パ
イプaとを互いに同芯状に挿入させて二重パイプ
構造に構成していた。その為に、内側パイプと外
側パイプとの芯出し接続並びに供給管3や排出管
4の接続(ロウ付け)が難しく、水漏れ事故を起
したり、良好な冷却水の循環が得にくい等の製造
上の不具合があると同時に、材料費と相俟つて高
価となる不具合があつた。

プを提供せんとするものである。

イ側に冷却水の供給管3を接続し復路ロ側に冷却
水の排出管4を接続させる。

環が得にくいと言つた製造上の不具合を全て解消
することが出来るとと共に、製造が容易で安価に
提供することが出来る。
