このコイルバネの折曲げた一端を所定の幅で移動
自在に保持する切り欠き部及びこのコイルバネが
回動自在に被さる、該コイルバネの自由長さより
若干短い円筒部を有する軸体と、該コイルバネの
折曲げた他端が固着され、前記軸体に該コイルバ
ネを圧縮しながら回動自在に取付けられる金具と
、この金具とともに前記軸体に取付けられ、該金
