It is composed of a wing plate made of soft rubber or soft plastic that can be easily cut, and the plastic film is colored or uncolored, and a tape is provided on one side of the plastic film to serve as a guide when attaching the wing plate. forming a tape-shaped coating layer at intervals, and forming an adhesive layer on the entire one side of the plastic film, that is, the entire surface on which the tape-shaped coating layer is formed, or the entire other side,
On the other hand, the vane plate is formed of soft rubber or soft plastic, and the base end surface of the vane plate is provided with a hard layer of rubber or plastic that is adhered to the plastic film along the tape-like coating layer. The slats are attached to the transparent plastic film using double-sided adhesive tape, quick-drying adhesive, welder processing, etc.

Thereafter, the plastic film is adhered to the window glass by applying water to the window glass surface and bringing the plastic film into close contact with the window glass surface so as to bring the adhesive layer into contact with the water. Next, the rubber or plastic hard layer on the base end of the vane, which has been cut to a predetermined length along the tape-like coating layer of the plastic film, is crimped using double-sided adhesive tape to form a sunshade. It is attached to the side window. Although the above is a case where the plastic film is first attached to the window glass, there is also a case where a vane plate is attached to the plastic film in advance and the assembled product is attached to the window glass.

A tape-like coating layer 2 with a rough surface is formed at intervals. Further, a water-soluble adhesive layer 3 is formed on the entire surface of the other side of the film 1. Next, reference numeral 4 denotes a wing plate made of soft plastic, and a hard layer 5 made of hard plastic is provided on its base end surface, and a double-sided adhesive tape 7 with release paper 6 attached to the surface is further layered on the end surface. There is. This double-sided adhesive tape 7 is made by applying an adhesive 7b to both sides of a flexible foam board 7a. In addition, numeral 8 is a side window of an automobile, 9 is a window glass, and 10 is a cutting line.

A vane plate 4 is cut in accordance with the shape of the window glass 8 to which it is to be attached, and is pre-cut along the tape-shaped coating layer 2 applied to the plastic film 1.
By pasting them at intervals, a sunshade can be assembled. In addition, a tape-shaped coating layer 2 is applied horizontally and in parallel,
The slats 4 may also assemble a horizontal awning.

The slats block direct sunlight into the interior of the car, and the gaps between the slats allow passengers to see through the scenery outside the car. The hard layer provided on the base end surface of the soft vane is also made of rubber or plastic, which is slightly harder than the vane, so the customer can cut these to fit the window of his/her car. It can be assembled, and therefore sunshades for various automobiles having different sizes and shapes can be easily constructed. Moreover, since the plastic film has an adhesive layer formed on its entire surface, the film can be easily attached by simply applying water to the adhesive layer or wetting the window glass surface with water. It is extremely convenient for transportation because it can be rolled into a thin tube and bundled into a small package, and the blades do not need to be pressed to deform.
