おいて、同一直線上に並ぶ複数の端子のうち少な
くとも２つ以上の端子の封止用ガラスを前記金属
製ベース裏面より突出させてなることを特徴とす

直線上に並ぶ端子の少なくとも両端の端子の封止
用ガラスを金属ベース裏面より突出させてなるこ
