【考案の詳細な説明】
〈考案の技術分野〉
この考案は車輌用灯具のコードクランプに関す
る。さらに詳細には車輌用灯具のランプボデイや
バツクカバー等の合成樹脂製基体上に設けられる
コードクランプに関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Technical Field of the Invention> This invention relates to a cord clamp for a vehicle lamp. 〈従来技術とその問題点〉
一般に車輌用灯具のうち自動車に取付けられて
いるリヤーコンビネーシヨンランプは、バツクラ
ンプ、テールおよびストツプランプ、ターンシグ
ナルランプ等の複数種の灯具が併設され、これら
灯具の光源バルブに給電するために多数本のコー
ドがランプボデイ背面やバツクカバー内面に配設
されている。そしてこれら多数のコードは整然と
配設しておかないと、灯具の組付けの際に他部品
に挾み込まれてコードを損傷しシヨートを招いた
り、組付けに支障を来たす場合がある。また、ト
ランクルームでの物の出し入れの際に、コードを
引掛けて断線させ灯具点灯が不能となり追突等の
事故を発生させるという危険が有る。そこで、ラ
ンプボデイやバツクカバーにコードクランプを設
けてこのコードクランプに上記多数本のコードを
挿入、保持することが従来行われている。このよ
うな従来のコードクランプの形状、構造を第４図

に対して復元力を与えている。そして、上記保持
片ａ，ａの上端突部間の間〓にコード２を挿通し
て保持片ａ，ａの空間に保持している。図には２
本のコードのみが略示されているが、実際には多
数本のコードが保持される。第５図はコード２を
上記保持片ａ，ａの上端突部間の間〓に挿通させ
る断面を示すもので、保持片ａ，ａの間〓巾ｌを
コード２の径Ｌよりも幾分狭くさせ、コード２が
保持空間から外方に抜け出ないようにしている。
実際は、コード２の径Ｌが2.2mmであるのに対し
て、上記間〓巾ｌを1.5mmとして設計されている。
従つて、コード２を保持片ａ，ａにクランプする
場合には、コード２を上記間〓ｌに押し当てると
共に強く押し込むことにより、保持片ａ，ａを矢
印Ｒ方向に撓ませて拡開してコード２を挿通して

し、前記立上り壁に側方に突出する突起を設け鉤
状部を形成し、該鉤状部は前記突片に対しコード
配設方向に添つて交互に変移した位置に適宜数設
けたことを特徴とする車両用灯具のコードクラン

する突起状の鉤状部４を設ける。そして、前記突
片３と前記鉤状部４とはコード２の配設方向に沿

から、従来のようにコードをきわめて強く押し込
むことなく、突片と突起との間を交互にコードを
押し入れるだけで良いので、コード組付けの作業
