Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a thin-formed culture device and prevent a nutrient solution from leaking by constructing the device from a thin traylike body packing and lid body. CONSTITUTION:Passages of a nutrient solution are formed of comb-shaped ribs 12 and 12' in the interior of a body part 11 of a culture device. A packing material 13 is made of rubber and has a lateral T-shaped cross section thereof. The body part 11 and lid body 5 are tightly fixed with fixing frames with the packing material 13 sandwiched therebetween. Thereby, the nutrient solution will not leak from gaps. A thin sheetlike culture medium 14 is contained in the interior of the culture device. An opening for setting a plant is provided in the lid body 15 and ribs 22 for preventing overflow from the opening are provided. As described above, the culture device is formed into the thin shape so as to prevent the solution from leaking. As a result, handling is extremely readily carried out.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventional home hydroponic cultivation equipment consists of a nutrient tank 1 for storing a nutrient solution and a cultivation tank 2 for growing plant roots, as shown in Figures 9 and 10. The nutrient solution in the tank 1 is transferred to the cultivation tank 1 by a lift pump 3, and the necessary moisture and nutrients are supplied to the roots of the plants in the cultivation tank 1. Moreover, in any of these cases, the cultivation tank 1 is mounted on the nutrient solution tank 2 and used in combination.

One is that a nutrient solution tank used in combination with a cultivation tank contains 20 to 401 nutrient solutions, and the total weight of the device and the nutrient solution totals 25 to sokg. Therefore, the location where it is installed needs to be strong enough to withstand it, and it is dangerous to use it on a balcony with a simple structure or on a shelf with a simple structure, and as a result, the places where it can be installed are severely restricted.

Second, there is no consideration given to liquid leakage from the top of both the cultivation tank and the nutrient solution tank, so if you use them, you should use them only on a horizontal floor, or else the top will be horizontal. In this respect, a large mount must be used, which is also a major limitation.

Thirdly, it is best to install the cultivation tank in which the plants are grown in a sunny place as much as possible in order to provide sufficient sunlight to the plants being cultivated, and conversely, the nutrient tank in which the nutrient solution is stored should be placed in a sunny place. It is best to install it in a cool, dark place in the sun and shade to prevent the nutrient solution inside from overheating and to prevent moss from forming, but this is not possible because the cultivation tank and nutrient solution tank are used together. It has become.

In the example shown in Figure 9, the drainage port of the cultivation tank may become clogged with the roots of the plants being cultivated, causing the nutrient solution to leak out of the device.
In the example shown in FIG. 10, there was a problem that the cultivation tank was too small, and the roots of the plants being cultivated became hardened inside the cultivation tank, making it impossible to absorb the nutrient solution sufficiently.

Means for Solving the Problems The first means of the present invention to achieve the above object is to configure a thin plate-like synthetic resin material with a nutrient solution flow path that is communicated by comb blade-shaped ribs that are opposed to each other inside. Like the main body, it is made of synthetic resin and has a thin plate shape, with an opening for planting plants in the center, and a ridge around the opening to prevent the nutrient solution inside from overflowing. A cultivation device which is used by mounting a thin plate-shaped culture medium inside the main body and fixing the lid on the main body through a packing material for preventing liquid leakage, and this cultivation device. It consists of a nutrient solution tank that is separately installed and sends nutrient solution to this cultivation device using a solution pump.

In addition, as a second means, ribs each having a cross-sectional shape are provided on the outer peripheries of the main body and the lid so that when the main body and the lid are combined, the planar parts of the ribs face each other, and The vertically facing portions of the ribs are arranged in a substantially straight line, and after the lid is mounted on the main body through a packing material for preventing liquid leakage, the main body and the lid are separated. The main body and the lid are fixed by inserting a fixing frame having a substantially C-shaped cross section onto the ribs having a cross-section of an angular shape on the outer periphery.

Further, as a fourth means, the fixing frame for fixing the main body and the lid has a substantially C-shaped cross section, and the fixing frame has a positioning mechanism on the inside thereof with respect to a rib shaped in a cross section provided on the outer periphery of the main body and the lid. A small rib for guiding is provided, and the tip of the rib, which becomes the C-shaped end, is provided at a portion of the liquid leakage packing material disposed between the main body and the lid, which is sandwiched between the main body and the lid. It is designed to be placed on or near the protruding strip.

As a fifth means, inside the device there is a thin plate made of a water-absorbent material such as rock wool, which allows plant roots to easily pass through, and has voids where air can exist to supply oxygen to the plant roots. Then, a thin plate-shaped culture medium is set in which the surrounding area is wrapped with a cover made of a material such as filter paper or non-woven fabric that has water permeability and air permeability but is difficult for plant roots to pass through. A notch is made in the cover in the part of the thin plate-like culture medium facing the opening for planting plants in the lid body, and when planting plants, the notch is opened and the plants are directly planted on the board material such as rock wool inside. It has become.

Function: A packing material is set in the thin plate-shaped main body made of synthetic resin, and a thin plate-shaped culture medium is further set, and the thin plate-shaped lid is placed on top of the packing material, and the outer periphery of the main body and the lid are separated. A fixed frame having a substantially C-shaped cross section is inserted and fixed onto the L-shaped rib.

The sideways part of the packing material (the leg part of the T-shape) has one or more protruding stripes on both the front and back surfaces, so it comes into contact with the packing material of the cross-sectional cross-sectional rib of the main body and the outer periphery of the lid. Even if the surface is slightly uneven, liquid leakage from the gap between the main body and the lid can be reliably prevented without any problem. In addition, the fixing frame that fixes the main body and the lid has a cross section of approximately C.
It is shaped like a letter and is provided with a rib for positioning and guiding with respect to the cross-section ribs on the outer periphery of the main body and the lid, and the tip of the rib, which is the end of the C-shape, is located between the main body and the lid. Since it is placed on or near the protruding stripes provided on the surface of the packing material set in the packing material, leakage of the liquid is further ensured.

This thin plate-like medium is made of a material such as rock wool that is water absorbent and has voids through which plant roots can easily pass and where air can exist to supply oxygen to the plant roots, and has water permeability 1 breathability. However, the roots of the plants are wrapped in a cover made of filter paper, non-woven fabric, etc., which is difficult to pass through, so the roots of the plants being cultivated can fully grow inside the thin plate-shaped medium, and they cannot be exposed outside the cover. Since the nutrient solution does not come out, the nutrient solution inlet and outlet provided in the main body of the device will not be clogged by the roots of the plants being cultivated.

Furthermore, the opening for planting plants in the lid body is provided with ribs around it to prevent the internal nutrient solution from overflowing, so that even if the device is tilted a little, the nutrient solution inside the device will not leak out of the device. Therefore, it does not necessarily require a horizontal place or a mount to level it.

Furthermore, since the cultivation bag storage part and the nutrient solution tank are separate, the cultivation device weighs less than skg even when the nutrient solution is put inside, so it can be used on a simple balcony or simple shelf. It can be installed in a good location, and the nutrient solution tank can be installed in the positive and negative areas separately in a suitable location.

In addition, the thin plate medium used allows plant roots to be free inside.
In addition, it is easy to grow, and the roots of the plants do not come out outside the outer cover, so there is no risk of the nutrient solution channel, supply port, or drain port being clogged with plant roots inside the cultivation device. This has a very useful effect.
