Claims (1)

有する箱状をなす１対の半体の互いに対向する開
放端の周囲にそれぞれ形成されたフランジ部同士
を接合し、前記一方の外殻層の周縁を前記他方の
フランジ部に重ねるように縁曲げすることをもつ
て中空のケーシングを形成するようにしたエンジ
ン用排気消音器構造であつて、 前記無機材料層の内面の要所に当接する舌片を
有する変形規制部材が、前記フランジ部同士の接
合面に挾設されることを特徴とするエンジン用排
気消音器構造。 (2) 前記舌片が、前記ケーシング内部に複数の
空室を郭定すべく前記フランジ部同士間に挾持さ
れるセパレータの外周部の要所に前記無機材料層
の圧縮変形量を制限すべく設けられたスペーサに
一体的に設けられることを特徴とする第１請求項
