ステムの上端部におけるリテーナと上記シリンダ
ヘツドにおける油室に嵌装されたスライドピスト
ンとの間に装填される第１のコイルスプリングと
上記油室の底部と上記スライドピストンとの間に
装填される第２のコイルスプリングとで構成され
て、上記エンジンの高回転時に上記油室へ作動油
を導いて上記第２のコイルスプリングの作動を停
止させる油圧制御系が設けられたことを特徴とす
