進管を利用して、該推進管内において小口径管と置換さ
せることを特徴とする小口径管渠置換工法であって、そ
の発明は小口径管渠の構築予定地に推進工法により推進
管を埋設し、該推進管内にこれより小径の小口径管を内
挿し、該推進管と該小口径との間の筒状空間内に未硬化
充填材を注入し その後該推選管を引き抜いてから該充

まず、第1図示の如く、常法の推進工法に従って、発振
基地である縦坑1に推進用のジヤツキ2を設置し、かか
るジヤツキ2を用いてヒユーム管3を順次推進させ、推
進管3の埋設を完了させる。尚、図中4は掘削機、5は
到着基地である縦坑、6は地盤を示す。次いで、第2図
示の如く、掘削機4を取り外すと共に埋設された推進管
3内に該推進管よりも小径の塩び管、ポリエチレン管、
技工鋼管等の小口径管4を内挿する。尚、小口径管7は
特に図示しないが、発振基地1内で順次液密にシールし
継ぎ足して行く。次いで、第3図示の如く該推進管3
と該小口径管7との間の筒状空間8内に充填材注入管9
から発泡モルタル、発泡ウレタン等の未硬化充填材lO
を注入する。尚、本実施例では充填材10の注入時に小
口径管7内にその略半部まで注水を行い、該小口径管7
の水平を保つ用にした。次いで、第4図示の如く到着基
地である縦坑5側に設置されるジャッキエIを用いて推
進管3を引き抜く。尚、推進管3を引き抜く際に生じる
ボイドに前記充填材10を注入しながら該推進管3を引
き抜く様にしても良い。そして第5図示の如く充填材1
0の効果により小口径管渠の構築を完了させる。尚、必
要に応じ推進管3の引き抜き後においてもボイドに充填

修正でき、推進管の蛇行による継手部の漏水等の原因と
なる欠陥を無<シ、漏水の生じない小口径管渠を構築で
き、また、長距離推進、カーブ推進も可能であり、断面
弁型の小口径管渠の構築も可能であり、推進機の種類も
推進管の径に合せたち小径のもので済み、下水、通信、
上水等の多用途の管路を一本の推進管に配置でき、更に
