Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the use of a large scale jig, and to improve productivity by securing a through type capacitor to a home position via a pawl formed on the outer periphery of an opening. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency circuit 6 is provided in a shielding case 5, a circular opening 7 is formed at its one side, and a pawl 8 is formed on its wall face. A through type capacitor 9 is so inserted into the opening 7 as to be slightly inclined, press-fitted until the large-diameter rear end of fittings 9a is held by the pawl 8, the capacitor 9 is brought into contact with the hole edge opposite side to the pawl 8 of the opening 7 in this state, and temporarily clamped. Accordingly, it can be easily secured with a washer soldering 10 at the home position. Thus, it can be easily soldered even without jig, and its productivity is improved.

In the high frequency equipment configured as described above, the metal fitting 3a
Insert the small diameter portion into the opening 1a of the shield case 1. Next, this feedthrough capacitor 5 is temporarily fixed in a fixed position using a jig. By heating in this state, the washer solder 4 is melted and the feedthrough capacitor 3 is fixed to the shield case 1.

発明が解決しようとする課題 上記の様な高周波機器においては次の課題があった。Problems that the invention aims to solve High frequency equipment such as the one described above has the following problems.

That is, the feedthrough capacitor 3 is placed in the shield case 1.
When soldering, the feedthrough capacitor 3 is first placed in a fixed position in the opening 1a using a jig. This jig is large-scale because it must not only position the feedthrough capacitor 3 but also fix the shield case 1.

In this state, the small diameter portion of the feedthrough capacitor 9 is inserted into the opening 7. This feedthrough capacitor 9 is composed of a metal fitting 9a having a two-stage configuration, a core wire 9b passing through the center of the metal fitting 9a, and an insulator 9c provided between them. In this configuration, the small diameter part of the metal fitting 9a is inserted into the aperture 3, and when this insertion is carried out, the outer periphery of the large diameter part is held down by the claws 8 as shown in FIG. The feedthrough capacitor 9 is inserted as follows. The feedthrough capacitor 9 is inserted into the opening 3 at a slight inclination, and the rear end of the large diameter portion of the metal fitting 9a is press-fitted until it is sandwiched between the claws 8. In this state, the feedthrough capacitor 9 comes into contact with the edge of the hole 3 on the side opposite to the claw 4 and is temporarily fixed. Therefore, in this fixed position, the washer solder 10
It can be fixed extremely easily. Note that it is also possible to provide a plurality of claws 8.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the feedthrough capacitor can be fixed in a fixed position by the claws provided on the outer periphery of the opening.
This eliminates the need for large-scale jigs as in the past, resulting in improved productivity.
