できなかつた。[Prior art] Conventional wrapping carriers are made of various metals, Bakelite or other hard synthetic resins, but resin carriers are difficult to use for long periods of time and may become unusable due to climate changes. Therefore, the carrier had to be discarded, and the number of input ports for objects to be wrapped could not be increased due to the strength of the carrier itself.

ある。 Therefore, metal carriers, especially metal carriers such as hardened steel strips and SK iron plates, are preferred and often used because of their excellent durability. However, metal wrapping carriers may not be usable depending on the nature of the object to be wrapped because they are made of metal.

らである。 The reason for this is that metal carriers are made by punching out the outer diameter of the carrier material using a press, and then punching out various shapes of insertion ports for the objects to be wrapped.
This is because when wrapping is performed by inserting the object to be wrapped into the input port of a carrier, the object to be wrapped collides with the periphery of the input port and is damaged due to the hardness of the metal carrier and the cross-sectional shape formed by press punching.

制限があつた。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the wrapping carrier shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-55957, since the protective material is fitted around the entire periphery of the input opening, the dimensions of the input opening,
Each time the shape changes, the protective material must be changed accordingly, many types of molds are required for manufacturing the protective material, and depending on the shape of the object to be wrapped, it may be difficult to use the protective material itself. There was also a limit to the number of input ports.

ある。[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention includes a synthetic resin having a property of softening the contact with the objects to be wrapped, around the periphery of the object to be wrapped inlet of the metal carrier. It is characterized by circular protective members such as the following, which are rotatably arranged at intervals.

An inlet 2 is provided, and circular protective members 4 are arranged at intervals around the periphery of the inlet 2.

Materials such as vinyl, mylar, etc. or equivalent materials are preferred.

ことができる。 Therefore, when an object to be wrapped such as crystal, silicon, ceramic, etc. is placed into the input port 2 of the carrier material 1 and wrapped, the protective material 4 scattered around the periphery of the input port prevents the object from being wrapped. Damage caused by direct collision with the periphery of the opening 2 can be prevented, and furthermore, the rotation of the protective member 4 facilitates the work and prevents damage to the protective member 4. In addition, in the conventional example shown in FIG. Even when the number of input ports 2 is limited by the frame-shaped protective material 3 as shown in FIG. A mouth 2 can be provided.

The disadvantage of accompanying was pointed out.
