Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate construction by fitting or embedding non-concreted tile materials on or in porous plates provided with penetration holes. CONSTITUTION:In the porous plates 2 of networks or the like, the non-concreted materials of the mortar or the like of tile materials are embedded. When the non-concreted materials are hardened, then a state that the porous plates 2 are embedded in tiles 1 is set, and the tiles 1 are continuously connected to each other with the porous plates 2 to form a porous plate A with tiles.

[Prior art] In the technology of laying tiles on the walls of buildings, peeling of tiles from the building frame is a major problem that cannot be avoided. The main focus was on However, according to this method, peeling due to aging of the frame cannot be avoided. As buildings become taller, accidents that cause injuries to passersby are occurring frequently due to tiles falling off and falling. This is due to the expectations placed on the adhesion between the tiles and the building frame surface. Furthermore, since there is no connection between the tiles, even if one of the tens of thousands of tiles falls, it can cause injury to passersby.

The second problem is a shortage of skilled tile workers. As society becomes more highly educated, the shortage of construction workers and skilled workers has become a social problem, and the phenomenon of higher education in Japan cannot be avoided in the future. Therefore, the shortage of skilled workers will only increase in the future.

[Technical Problem J] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention provides a tiled structure that can be expected to have even greater resistance to peeling of tiles without relying on the conventional tiled structure based on the adhesive force between the tiles and the wall surface. Furthermore, by connecting tiles to form a board, the present invention aims to provide a tiled structure that can be easily, quickly, and reliably constructed not only by a skilled tile worker but also by a general laborer.

Configuration E of the Invention Means for Solving Problem 1 According to the present invention, the tiles are connected by a net. More specifically, it is a tiled structure in which a plurality of tiles are embedded in a certain pattern inside a single mesh. More specifically, it is a building material in which tiles are attached to a perforated plate (including a mesh) having through holes of arbitrary shapes.

More specifically, the perforated plate with tiles of the present invention has the following configuration (technical means). In other words, a non-consolidated material such as mortar and clay, which is the material of the tile, is embedded (adhered and penetrated) into a perforated plate having an arbitrary shape, and when the non-consolidated material hardens, it forms inside the tile. A perforated plate is embedded in the tiles, and the tiles are connected by the perforated plate. That is, a perforated plate with tiles is formed.

The material shown in Figure 2 has a joint space 32, so when attaching this material to the building frame, it is easier to install by inserting an insert to make it easier to drive nails, but if this insert is not used, a concrete mold is used. When used as a frame, the concrete goes around the joints 3, so there is no peeling off from the structure, and the bond to the structure becomes stronger.

When the perforated board is a net, the frame, that is, the horizontal wire rods 21 and the vertical wire rods 22, which are the constituent elements of the net, may have dense joints 3 and coarse tiles, depending on the purpose of use of the perforated board with tiles. It may be more ideal. This is because, as will be explained later in the manufacturing method section, if the mesh of the tile part is made dense, it becomes difficult to press-fit the tile material, and the bond between the tile front side 11 and the tile back side 12 becomes weak, making it difficult for them to separate at this mesh area. On the other hand, in the joint part 3, the thinner the mesh, the stronger it is, and the easier the connection to the perforated plate on site.Furthermore, when the perforated plate is used as concrete formwork, the mesh is denser There will be less concrete leakage.

Figure 7 (C) is a plan view of a perforated board with tiles, which is a method of tiling that is not conventional. The tiles have a pattern that combines circular and rectangular shapes, and the joints 3 between tiles 1 are widened. By filling the joints of this middle expanded portion with a filler such as mortar containing a decorative material, it is possible to provide an unprecedented wall surface.

As described above, since the tile pattern of the present invention is created using a formwork, there is no need to consider the amount of time it takes to lay the tiles, unlike conventional tiles, and it is therefore possible to provide tile boards with a variety of unprecedented patterns.

As mentioned above, the construction method for the perforated boards with tiles shown in Figures 1 to 7 is as follows: If the frame is solid, such as a board or concrete, base mortar and adhesive are applied as in the conventional method, and the tiles are installed. It is also possible to glue the perforated plates together, or to directly nail them to the building frame through the joints 3 with nails, bolts, anchors, etc., or to use the above-mentioned adhesive together. It may also be used by adhering to building materials such as boards and plastics using the method described above. Thereafter, the joints 3 may be filled with a filler such as mortar as in the past, but the frame 2 may be exposed without being filled with the filler.

In the figure, a tile lower formwork 61 corresponds to the tile portion of the perforated plate with tiles, and the formwork 61 has a concave depth corresponding to the tile thickness 13. Therefore, the three-dimensional shape of the tile lower formwork 61 matches the three-dimensional shape of the tile 1 of the tile-attached perforated plate, which is the finished product. Similarly, the laying pattern of the tiles on the perforated plate with tiles and the arrangement pattern of the tile lower formwork 61 of the lower formwork 65 match.

C. Effects As mentioned above, the perforated board with tiles of the present invention has the perforated board embedded within the tile, so the tiles will not peel off or crack. Since the tiles are attached, there is no need for a tile craftsman to laminate the tiles on-site as in the past, and therefore even an amateur can laminate the perforated boards with tiles on-site. Since the perforated board with tiles is attached to the frame surface using nails, anchors, etc., the tiles will not fall off from the frame.
