パス通路を形成したスプールとを具備し、中立位
置では、バイパス通路を閉鎖して第3と第4の環
状凹溝および第6と第7の環状凹溝が夫々連通し
、左右のいずれか一方の位置では、第3の環状凹
溝が第4の環状凹溝およびバイパス通路を介して
第1の環状凹溝に連通し、かつ、第6と第7の環
状溝が連通し、他方の位置では、第1と第2の環
状凹溝および第4と第5の環状凹溝が夫々連通す
