Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the use efficiency of a printed board by providing a spacer part to the lower part of a fluorescent lamp shield plate so that a space is secured between the printed board and a reflector. CONSTITUTION:The fluorescent lamp shield plate 12 has the spacer 12a for forming the space of a fixed interval between the printed board 13 and itself on its lower part. Besides, it is provided separately from the reflector 11 and constituted so as to be connected to the printed board 13. Thus, the space where the parts of a circuit are set is secured between the fluorescent lamp shield plate 12 and the printed board 13 and an upper part on the printed board under the reflector 11 can be effectively used. Besides, since the spacer is constituted by the fluorescent lamp shield plate 12 independently of the reflector 11, soldering is made possible and a man-hour is reduced.

6 Conventional technologies: Video display devices using liquid crystal display elements have become smaller. The area occupied by the fluorescent lamp circuit on the printed circuit board has increased, and in particular, the area occupied by the fluorescent lamp reflector has increased. There is a tendency to do so.

In a liquid crystal display element using a fluorescent lamp shield plate for a liquid crystal display element constructed as described above, a member in which the reflective umbrella 1 and the fluorescent lamp shield plate 2 are integrated is used, and this member is brought into contact with a printed board. It is configured to be fixed like this.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional configuration described above, since the reflector and fluorescent lamp shield plate can be removed so as to be in contact with the printed circuit board, it is necessary to place the components on the printed circuit board under the reflector. Since it is impossible to do so, the printed circuit board area of the reflector portion cannot be used effectively, resulting in a disadvantage that the printed circuit board becomes large. Also, when soldering the shield plate to the printed circuit board, it is necessary to darken the reflector after the flow soldering process to prevent it from deforming due to heat.
This method has the disadvantage of increasing the number of man-hours.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and allows components to be placed on a printed circuit board under a reflective umbrella, and also allows the mounting of fluorescent lamp shield plates to be carried out in the flow-end process. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent lamp shielding plate for a liquid crystal display element that is capable of being attached with a thin plate.

Function: Due to this groove formation, a space is secured between the fluorescent lamp shield plate and the printed circuit board to accommodate the circuit components, and it becomes possible to effectively use the space on the printed circuit board under the reflective umbrella. In addition, since the spacer is grooved in the fluorescent lamp shield plate independently of the reflector, it is resistant to heat and can be soldered in a flow soldering process with 0J capability, reducing the number of man-hours.

According to this embodiment, the distance between the fluorescent lamp shield plate 12 and the printed circuit board 13 is set to 11.
[By providing the spacer 121 to maintain the print 6 when inserting the fluorescent lamp shield plate 12 into the printed circuit board 13,
A space is created in which parts can be placed between the reflector 13 and the fluorescent lamp shield plate 12, and the parts can be placed under the reflector 11 to form a circuit. Further, since the reflector 11 and the fluorescent lamp shield plate 12 are independent, the fluorescent lamp shield plate can be soldered in a flow soldering process, and the number of steps can be reduced.
